As the husband of a stage 3c cancer survivor who is thriving after 8 years of dealing with her disease, there is no question in my mind that "what you eat and how you eat" are critical issues in life. This doctor is far from the first to enlighten us about the "what" and just as importantly, the "how," and how important they are. Just think of how many times the majority of us have sat in front of a television or a computer, shoving unhealthy food into our mouths with little to no consciousness of the food disappearing. And so much more. Regardless of whether this is all placebo effect or actual scientific truth, we have seen Novak's results. And now I understand better the connection Novak has made with Tom Brady, who has similar unconventional methods he learned from a controversial advisor... This man seems genuine, sincere, and knowledgeable, and therefore I attribute at least some of the "controversy" about him to be just more of the constant bashing of Novak Djokovic. People just try every day to drag him down at all cost..... John - the content you are producing is nothing short of amazing. I consider this to be one of the most significant You Tube tennis videos I have ever watched. I am grateful to you!

Gary. Thank you so much for your kind words. It may just sound like “tit-for-tat” but it genuinely is a two-way street. Without your support - ie, watching, liking & subscribing - it just wouldn’t be possible. Fingers crossed, we will be bringing you more top content throughout the North American swing.

Was looking at this Essentially Sports article and it was basically based on this video. I probably can't link it here but these are the details: 13 Years After Witnessing Novak Djokovic’s Gruesome ‘Asthma’ Struggle, Doctor Reveals How He Decided to Step up and Change His Countryman’s Tennis Fate Forever

Thanks, it does mention Talking Tennis way down the article, but would be nice to be highlighted sooner, and with a link to the interview.

Very interesting discussion. Sounds like he and Robert Kennedy Jr would have a decent amount in common.
As you put to him, which he didn't quite understand, alot of this may be placebo but we know having incredible positive energy can work.
I wanted to know about when Novak had elbow surgery and what Dr Igor advised.

The surgery was in my thinking at the beginning when I asked about taking that option … “you’re not ruling it out?” I think was my question … but you’re right, I could have been more direct

And by the way, John - I have no opinion about the 'doctor's' opinions about Covid. I am not educated enough to have an opinion on this subject.
