I use the littleexttra reactivaate hair growth serum every night before I sleep. I apply it into my scalp a little bit. I can see results! My hair loss has reduced a lot, and I notice new baby hairs growing. The serum is light and doesn't feel sticky or greasy. It lasts a good time too! I've been using it for almost a month now. If you're facing hair fall or bald spots, you should definitely give it a shot. It really helps.

As a stylist of nearly a few years, I can tell you, that you're not supposed to use harsh hair shampoo on your hair.
I've noticed hair lines of so many individuals, and I spotted that people who were using harsh shampoo cleansers usually had poor hairline.
So I advise only to use natural shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and advise to apply litttleextra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do warm oil massage twice a week as it improves circulation and promotes hair growth.

After 2 months of using the littleextrra cooconioon kit, I've noticed a reduction in my hair fall. It provides shine and strength to my hair when used weekly. I would recommend it to anyone dealing with hair fall.

The visible results of the littleeextra kit speak volumes. Consistent application has led to a marked improvement in hair density, especially in previously sparse areas.

Thank you for this Andrea, hair loss can be devastating. My hair went from really thick to 50% less although lots of people didn’t notice I did and it made me really anxious every time I brushed my hair or washed it to see all the hair that came out. And you never know when it’s going to stop and how much you’re going to lose. So I really appreciate this thank you x

It’s very depressing. I’m currently suffering from post Covid fair loss. My husband is as well. The amount that comes out during washing, just by running my hands through it, or adjusting a pony tail. It sucks. And it makes me sad. But I’m trying diff things and just trying to remain hopeful.

@@dandylion9998 I’m so sorry to hear that I didn’t realise that that was happening after having Covid. Thanks for the videos Dr.Dray, i was wondering if you can share some videos on changes in hair texture? What can cause someone to suddenly grow random kinky/ cork-screw shape hairs and hairs with bumpy shafts (not knots, more like bumps) in certain areas of the scalp?

In regards to hair loss, I’ve seen a handful of videos in which you discuss this topic, but I don’t believe you’ve mentioned GHK-CU & its potential benefit for hair loss. Thank you as always for all of your great information . I was having significant hair loss with male pattern baldness, and overall serious total hair shedding. I started using Nulastin ( not inexpensive) in mid August. I also changed shampoo to a Bumble and Bumble product. Progress was slow but steady. I also used the Nulastin on my thinning eyebrows. My hairline is 85 % restored and new growth continues. The shedding has stopped and my eyebrows have filled back in. The bonus is the new hair that comes back is my original color and not gray! Nulastin is something I will always have to use but I can reduce to once daily after I get to my goal. Well worth the investment. I am 67 and this has been such a confidence booster.

Hi Dr. Dray, can I see before and after photos of you using the irestore low-level therapy cap? I’m interested to see if or how your hair grew back in after using. Also, do you feel evidence of hair-growth while using it like a tingling sensation? Does it work, also, on the front part of the scalp by the part and along-the-sides of the part right where it forms a widows-peak? Right now I have thinning along the front part, but I want to know if the cap will hit that part, too, with the laser therapy.

I had severe hair loss over the course of 6 months. Lost about 40% of my hair. I tried everything! Had labs done and everything came back good. I also never got Covid. I will say though that the hair loss started right after I got jabbed. Not sure if it is related as my doctor "couldn't" confirm that. After feeling so hopeless about it, I started to eliminate dairy and gluten from my diet, taking a multi-vitamin + 4000 IU's of Vitamin D and started using rosemary oil on my scalp and ends every day (using castor oil as a carrier oil) and my hair is FINALLY growing back. I started this back in October and it took a full month to see results. I highly recommend giving it a go. If you do, be patient with it. I know that is easier said than done! Good luck to everyone experiencing this issue. It's so exhausting!

@@meganwalsh7135 It is! I'm so sorry you are struggling with this too. :( It has normalized or at the very least, gotten better. I was shedding upwards of 300 hairs on wash days but I am closer to 100 now. On days that I don't wash, it's very low...maybe 20 or so. I've been keeping a log and the amount of shed has decreased each week. Good luck with it and please write back here if you have any questions about it. I know how exhausting it is to go through and I'm happy to help anyway I can!

I can't grow a beard and mustache at this time but it does seem to slowly increase over the years. I'm currently searching for better options bc I didn't see any improvement at all with spironolactone. It wasn't an expensive drug but it seemed pretty pointless for me to continue with a pill day after day, months, years never reaching my goal to not grow course facial hair. Interesting to learn that it's also prescribed to treat hair loss and acne.

I've seen many dermatologists, but none of the prescribed topical or oral medications has prevented these symptoms from coming back. I also experienced adverse effects from some of the oral medication. Can I use iRestore if my skin is sensitive and reactive? Can iRestore cause an allergic reaction? Thank you and happy holidays!

Did you get itchy swollen eyes, as well? The weird thing with me is that it never irritated my face but while tapering off it I started getting hives on my hands and itchy under eyes and eyelids. I got dark circles and bag like swelling. It’s still pretty obvious months after stopping.

What about bicalutimide for women? I was put on 20mg initially, along with minoxidil and spironolactone. Caused massive bloating so I've finally gone down to 5mg. Can't see any changes after 6 months yet

Hi Dr Dray, i'm always trying to enhance my natural curls whilst reducing hair loss. I came across a nettle shampoo which is supposed to help with hair loss but it does contain Wheat Amino Acids, Soy Amino Acids, Arginine HCl, Serine, Threonine. I'm worried these ingredients may straighten my hair.

I’ve noticed some thinning in general. It doesn’t look like patter hair loss, though. I tried to see a dermatologist, but all three my GP recommended, are booked through April. I think I’m going to make appointments anyway, and if things resolve on their own I’ll have plenty of time to cancel. Three lucky people might get in right away if I do!
Hoping you’re well, Dr Dray 🥰

@Dr Dray Question on a another topic:
Does it make any difference in effectiveness if you use a retinoid after moisturizing ( I use epiduo 0.1% with bpo 2.5%) instead of first applying the epiduo and then moisturizing?
I wonder because I have been using epiduo for 6 weeks now (after moisturizing) and my acne has not worsened as it normally is. When I use the moisturizer afterwards, I get the side effects (dry skin, skin irritation, etc.), even though I've been using it for 6 weeks. I would appreciate an answer

If you watch her videos on using a retinoids she always recommends applying to a clean, dry, well moisturized face. So cleanse, apply moisturizer, allow to dry and then apply your retinoid. This advice was a game changer for me, I could never adjust to Retin A applying it before moisturizer. Do what works best for your skin.

My aging hair responded well to Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. It slowed shedding and it seems to have thickened the hair strands. However, I can't imagine that it's regrown hair. Can you speak to topical caffeine like The Inkey List scalp product? Thank you.

I looked up the money back guarantee option that you mentioned for the Irestore helmet and it looked to me as if there is a restocking fee that would have to be paid if you returned it. Not sure if I was reading that correctly, but it would still cost a few hundred dollars if it didn't work for you.
