As a non Chelsea fan I can’t believe they sacked Poch. Their form in the later part of the season was very good and looked like he found a team he would play with. If they gave Poch a LB, experienced CB, experienced midfielder and a top striker he’d be competing for 3rd next season. Not having Nkunku, James or Chilwell all season has been a huge hindrance to him
Poch has smashed chelseas record for goals conceded in a premier league season ever. And the form didn't really improve at the end of the season, chelsea just got some luck they didn't get earlier in the season. Chelsea didn't deserver to beat forrest or bournemouth at the end of the season.

Going into next season we’ll have him and bajcetic who will be fit next season after a write off year due to growing pains. If there was a top dm out there maybe we’d go for it but there’s no one who’s at a level higher than endo right now on the market other than maybe palhinha who will cost alot with a bad age

Kompany will be an excellent manager for a good side. They barnstormed the Championship with their free-flow, almost Man City-esque style, but then he didn't improve the squad and adapt his style. That style of play suits a dominant style of play which Burnley couldn't manage, but I think Bayern will.

I like the idea of Geertruida from Feyenoord. Young, adaptable, and their captain so automatically has some good leadership capabilities. Could also see a forward (Bakayoko always linked), plus I love the idea of Nico Williams or Kudus.
