By this being my favorite smartwatch, I haft to give this a try. It looks simple but will most def try tinkering with it and thumbs up if it works for me....thanks for your time to show how to fix this watch.
I just ordered a replacement screen for mine it just broke so I need to heat the front in order to peel the glass off right. Will a simple blow dryer do the work
I heated it up as long as u did while watching this video and it did not come off that easy. Its not even lose. I heated it up a few more times and was able to get it off and switch batteries. Now I have a yellow box going across the bottom. It still has full functionality. Do u know what I damaged?
Hi, I bought a nice looking used gear s, short time later it wouldn't turn on. I replaced battery and it was completely dead, 0.0v but it still won't come on. Any ideas?

im not heating new screen, i leave old tape on the box, im setting 110 because is faster warming but for first time safer is 100 and little longer heating :)
Witam ! Dzisiaj 2 września 2019 rozebraliśmy zegarek SM-R750 z kolegą tak jak na filmie . Wszystko przebiegło ok . Kiedy wymieniałem baterie z kolegą i zaczeliśmy ja podpinać poszedł dymek . Szybko została odpięta. Bateria nie jest orginalna to może jest ten problem ? Była przez nas troszeczkę wyginana by ją uformować może to też jest problem ,lecz pokazywała przez aparat do pomiaru napięcia 3.7 V więc nie była uszkodzona . Ma 3.7V a pojemność 1.11Wh Proszę o podpowiedz,bo nie wiem o co chodzi. Dziękuje i pozdrawiam PIOTR .

I got to show the Samsung Gear S boot logo but then it turned off right away. I don't see a charge indicator on the watch neither could the battery be that dead I just bought a brand new.
@@Comeinova Só colocar "Bateria Gear S R750" na pesquisa do Aliexpress. Tem várias lojas q vendem, com diversos preços (de 45 a 95 reais). Alguns vem com kit ferramenta (esses q estão por volta de 90, 95 reais, sem o frete. E acho mais confiável q os mais baratos). Vou comprar uma mês q vem lá. Veja algum q tenha frete por "Aliexpress Standard Shipping", pois além de acompanhar o pedido desde o início lá fora, tem o rastreio daqui tmb, não paga a taxa de 15 conto dos Correios e é super rápido. Comprei o conector de carga pra esse Gear recentemente e chegou com menos de 1 mês.
@@MatheusAlles 119 aquela q tem uma fita amarela? Pois olhei um tempo atrás e só tinha assim. A original a fita é preta. Comprei por 100 reias na China (Aliexpress), já com frete, de uma loja q revende peças originais da Samsung. E de fato é original. Chegou em apenas 30 dias. Vc não vai precisar retirar a tela pra trocar a bateria. Vai abrir a parte de trás e, após desconectar alguns componentes da placa, como ela fica bem encaixada, vc só vai precisar empurrar pra cima com uma chave de fenda com a ponta fina, com um pouco de força e com cuidado, claro. Hehehe Essa ferramenta q vc fala só vai ser preciso caso vc troque a tela, q ali vc gruda nela e puxa.

heating it is no good for the display. basically when the battery is dead throw it away. same goes for all these new phones.

no, I leave the tape because it is strong but you need to heat well but not more than 100 degrees

bateria oryginalnie powinna być wygięta, nie powinna być posta do własnego "formowania" to nie oryginał wtedy
