Good luck when (not if) you need the warranty. Two armrests have split so far, one original, one replacement, and a seam on the very top of the back ripped, and they somehow wanted me to believe it was normal wear and tear for a year old chair. They finally said they'd replace the back, over a month ago, and now I'm waiting for the next excuse.
