I wash my hair every week so deep conditioner is a must. I use to wash two to three weeks but I decided to switch it to once a week and my hair seem to love it since I use the Creme of Nature Shampoo for relaxed hair along with OGX on a weekly basis then use the ORS Shampoo and Conditioner once a month cause of the protein that my hair holds on to easily.
I wear a diy satin cap that I made cause the ones typically sold in store didnt protect my edges and this one definitely does.
I have also gotten into being comfortable trimming my ends although I also realised that I typical get mid strand splits and barely if ever get split ends.
Minimal heat is very important to especially if u have fine hair like myself.
Loved the video and glad to know that I am keeping with the healthy hair habits.

Good information. I view my nightly hair care as part of my nightly skin care. The hair products are right there with my skin products. Also I have discovered, particularly through your videos that I really do not need to wash my hair every week. I wash ever other week and deep condition once a month, but I judge how my hair feels and how it responds to styling.

I shampoo and deep condish my hair once a month maybe twice. I spray with charcoal water. Cream and oil my hair and trim whenever i think is needed. Never heat. Never look at growth till i shamp and condish

Can you talk about how to maintain relaxed hair when working out 💪🏾? I work out 4x a week and I find that I’m washing more hair more frequently.

Unless your hair is overloaded with products (gels, sprays, moisturizers), is it necessary to clarify relaxed hair? I clarify once a month with ORS Aloe shampoo and end up with some dryness or breakage.

@Rose.O I don't use a moisturizing shampoo after. I'll try that. Thanks for the tip.

And about deep conditioning, does any protein treatment you find in a beauty supply works or it has to be something specific?
