Someone probably already said this, but you can reprogram the Arkfeld so a double tap is turbo and triple tap is strobe. I prefer that myself. See manual or Google for instructions.
You can change the Olight Ultra back to double click for turbo. Put it in lockout mode (hold from off until moonlight turns off again), then click 10 times and hold on the 10th click. It will blink twice if you did it right.

I see the argument that the powerpint is basically in the upper weight class, but for $60+ of course you will get the best tools from leatherman.

Arkfeld pro has a lockout mode and the OAL material is scratch resistant.
You can change the Arkfeld to be 2 click Turbo, 3 click strobe with a 10H that is 10 clicks holding on the 10th.
