Im French Filipino, i work in the restaurant, bar and production industries. I create food and travel content.

How did you get into youtube?
I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. UA-cam starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

Literally perfect timing man, i am going to Melbourne in a couple of days
As someone who only visits Melbourne at this point, I've always found it to be a feast for the senses if you take the time to really look around. In Melbourne, even the shabbiest looking cafes more often than not have some of the most insanely delicious cuisine. There are tonnes of alley ways & lane ways brimming with hidden gems that offer wonderfully delectable treats & for the most part the service is fantastic & the serving sizes more than adequate. You'd be hard pressed to find one nationality that isn't represented there. One soon, hopefully I too will be calling Melbourne home.

I didnt know overnight is back!! I thought I'd never see this series again!! I actually followed parts your Taipei episode during my 18hour layover! I went to Yong He Dou Jiang and the Raohe night market.

Erwan, very modest of you to give props to the food here, but honestly it's nothing like what you serve in your restaurant group or any other local brand for that matter. Having lived in Melbourne for 3 years, I can't stress enough how much I miss dining in BGC, Ayala Center, Rockwel etc. I have to agree with you about our coffee and puff pastry, it's nothing short of fantastic.
It's great that you mentioned the Italian community in Melbourne. After travelling the world a few times, it seems that the rest of the world does not know a lot about Italian immigration to Australia despite many Italians coming to Australia after WWII. I have been to Italy twice and when talking to people off the street, in shops, or hotels, they find it surprising that there are people of Italian origins in Australia. This happened more in the north than in the south though.
As always, well-written. Overnight is my favorite series, I hope that Philippine is included on this season. Baguio city, maybe. I'm always wondering if I could live there.
