Pretty much Exact same build as my mates red fiesta van he’s gone to town on his tho fully forged all ported flowed omex looms & ecus he’s really gone special on it.. it running good power & weighs nothing he’s hopeing for more power soon..
Well that dashes my hopes of running any sort of boost on my Zetec with the clutch & IB5 box, only clutch I could source down here is a stock replacement for a 1.8 Mk1 Focus...
Have you ever built any zetec turbos using the vag 1.8t pistons. I'm hoping to turbo my rs1800 during the summer. Only aiming for 220ish bhp but have an abundance of vw 1.8t pistons here.

You might have started a trend but (as I’m sure you know) it’s illegal. To be legal it has to exit behind the mid point of the car.
Is the stock clutch absolutely no good for any level of boost? Or is it because it's a used clutch?
Does running a intercooler in front of the rad cause any cooling issues? As I'm doing same and worried about air flow to the radiator
Nope none as all. His rad is also a tiny honda rad
