Weber EX6 - another flame out I WANT MY MONEY BACK

The grill choked itself out going from 250F to 350F, what a disappointment year and a half with this grill. More frustration than enjoyment and easy grilling. I had a good run after removing the hand grate recently but this is the final straw. I do not recommend this grill, I can't, it's been too troublesome.
