Im a Business Broker here in New Zealand, and I find it interesting that, other than some terminology, you could be talking to a broker in NZ. The issues and challenges etc are virtually the same, although it appears that the actual process might differ a little.

Yes, I've spoken to brokers all over and at the end of the day, business is done between people and everyone faces similar challenges in their deals.

Competitive industry but everyone needs a mattress! There are many niches in this industry, the discount mattress stores can have seasonal cash flow.
Depends. Can you get good supplier support and pricing? What's the competition like in your market? So, I'm gonna stick with 'depends.' LOL
