First of all I live in DC in a one bedroom. I have too many clothes and shoes for that one ass closet. I don't see a linen closet a broom closet. Nooooo thank you. (I don't need a doorman)
I’d put in a Murphy bed to save space at that cut out space next to the hall. That would save a ton of space. The rest you could put a sofa, a dining table with fold down leaves and some other space saving pieces.
I don't don't understand putting queen sized beds in these tiny apartments, I see it all the time. I would just buy a really good futon so I could have a living room in the daytime for more space to entertain guests. It would also leave space for a small dining table. You would use the futon as a bed at night. I hate tiny cramped space where there is no room to move. A futon or sofa bed would give space to move and make the space look more like a living room / kitchen and less like a bedroom with a kitchenette.
june bug like I stated in the video, I personally prefer a standard bed (queen). Constantly transforming a sleeper sofa or daybed would really annoy me on a daily basis. So I’d take convenience over a little more floor space every day. Plus, I actually like the look of a bed in a studio apt.
@@NyasiaC Modern sofa beds take two steps to open and close. You could keep a comforter draped over it to sleep on it protect it from stains. When it's time to sleep two step open the sofa grab a blanket, sheet or another comforter for warmth. No need to waste money on bed sheets. You would only need to transform it to a sofa when you had guest over, but to each it's own, if you like it, I love it.
june bug futons and sofa beds can be very uncomfortable night after night. I know. I had one in my first apartment many years ago. I eventually got a regular bed and created a private space behind a wall unit.
Honestly this is really sad to me and I understand ppl want the city life. I live across the water in Jersey with a 3,500 sq ft multi family home and my Mortgage is just as much. I work in the city and commute wkdays. My commute is a short train ride in. Smh
I'm so obsessed with these tiny apartment/studio videos. I've even started looking at the ones in Asia. I guess I read enough dystopian novels to recognize that my spacious 2000 sq ft home here in Texas is a luxury and honestly, I am almost always at work or in my Master Bedroom which has a fridge etc. so I lowkey live like this sans the kitchenette. (I pay 1695 for my 4bd/2.5 bath 2 car garage corner lot in a really nice suburb, but I'm basically an empty nester so once the kids get stable I can see this lifestyle for me. Keep posting I love it! Thanks.
Societal pressures: millennials love being packed and living a glamorous life style. It’s ridiculous if you ask me. Someone making 50 k in Georgia lives the same exact life style as someone making 120k in New York. People are slowing realizing this.
People have this misconception that apartments in NYC are small, and that’s not true - at all. There are HUGE apartments in NYC and they’re much cheaper than those studios
Ohhh I agree and I was born and raised there. Trust me, is depressing. Many ppl with mental problems and now with this scamdemic going around, it will be worse.
For those of you saying "job responsibilities " ok true, but theres no purpose if you have to pay a lot more for everything. I remember buying a product, same size and brand in Texas, $6 and in NYC $12.
For the large studio, which is the one I’d prefer of the three, I’d use as much convertible furniture as possible. Get a Murphybed, a telescoping coffee table that could raise to dining table height (dining for two), and if possible a bookshelf that could convert into a larger dining table for guests. I’d also look for a corner unit desk. It may seem like a lot of furniture, but you wouldn’t have everything “open” or “down” at once.🤷🏽♀️
A bedsit in the UK is a small single room, may have a tiny kitchenette and small closet but with a shared bathroom on the same floor. A studio is the same as the above, but with your own bathroom. Bedsits tend to be occupied by underprivileged people eg alcoholics, homeless, single parent with baby and no where to stay. Bedsits usually cheaper to rent.
Aisha in United Kingdom a bedsit sounds like what we call an SRO (single room occupancy) hotel in San Francisco, CA. It’s not a term that’s universal in the US so I’m not sure what other parts of the country say SRO. But glad to have learned the UK vocabulary
I go to johns hopkins, it’s in Baltimore and I live off campus now bc all juniors& seniors have to live off campus. I pay $800 a month for my room- it’s in a 4 bed, 2 bath unit, we have laundry in the unit and a full kitchen! Other places go up to $900-1100. I will NEVER stop being surprised by prices in NY😂
The small studio is twice as much as the my mortgage for a 3BR, 2BR house with additional family room and basement in a quiet nice neighborhood in Chicago! Yikes, lol. I understand why my family in NY live with each other until they get married.
Yo. Some people pay that 😜🤪,INSANE rent cannot afford to pay it. But they just want to live in NEW YORK. But like the late great Marvin Gaye say THIS AN’T LIVING. ✌🏽💕🙂😎
Just discovered your channel. Love it. It’s fun to think about what I could afford in New York, and a studio like the large one in this video would work for me. The only thing I miss in some of your vids is if the building is a walk-up and how high the apartment is in the building. You usually make note of elevator buildings, which is great. I’m too old to walk up multiple flights of stairs so those places would not be options (even so, I love the tours of all of the places - walk up or not).
Small apartment solution: Murphy bed that stores into upright white 'cabinet', small L-shaped sofa that converts into a bed or under bed becomes separate 'bench', coffee table that converts to a normal (eat at, play board games, do puzzle, play cards from both sides) or even tall table (kitchen cooking prep) and shelves along entryway area for books, storage, display. The television can be wall mounted and on an extension arm that pivots and extends away from the wall.
200 sq ft is definitely doable! I live in Chicago and my first apartment was a 250 sq ft studio utilities included for $650 a month in 2011. Not much but it was a steal especially because I could walk to work and live in the Boystown/Wrigleyville area. Love your videos!
Wow, $650 is a steal especially with all utilities included. Being close to the places that matter to you is so important. I’d sacrifice space for that any day!
Wooooow... you can use the bathroom, open the door and select your next day outfit all while seating down on the toilet! 💀 $2500 is a mortgage in my state for two houses! New york is a beautiful city, the roof top was nice and the utilities being included not bad but still.
This is definitely massive culture shock! From an acreage in rural Nebraska, I’m having a hard time even wrapping my brain around this. I know people live for this, so I’m not downing it at all, it’s just another world to me. Thanks for the introduction.
I really like these apartments. I would rent the larger studio. I like the convenience of having a private bathroom as well I like the kitchen not being in the open. Very nice!
Those prices are insane! I live in Miami, we have pretty pricey rent, but you can find brand new luxury apartments that are way bigger for about half of that. Omg 🤭
First, you are so pretty! And creative too. Then - I would totally do a murphy bed with a desk on the outside. Then you could fit a little chaise or small sofa plus a little bistro table & chairs. Bedroom, office, living room, dining room all in one room. I liked the smaller one with two windows too. It’s just going to contribute to a better quality of life with more light and air circulation. You have to get really creative with storage. An ottoman with storage becomes a coffee table too. Thanks for all the ideas! Many Blessings to you - please stay safe and healthy. 💜🙏🏻👼🏻✝️😇
Omg! Ny is crazy! That’s a tiny amount of space even for a college student, I live in TX I am a college student and I live in a 600 square foot apartment and only pay 600 for my rent even the best condos and apartments here aren’t that much I can rent a house and the payment won’t be nearly that much
I live in Nyc and yes the prices can be pretty high but we also need to factor in that our minimum wage is higher than most states. And remember not everyone has a minimum wage job; some people get paid more. So the prices are not tooo bad compared to the money that you make by working in the city. However, I would personally never live in these extremely expensive neighborhoods because it’s not worth it in my opinion. There are many studios in brooklyn and queens that are much bigger than this and are half the price.
Girl don’t listen to them we have a single family home 2800sq for $1105 a month. Texas has the cheapest housing. HOUSTON!! 🤟🏽 and it’s mortgage not rent. Apartments between $370-$1400
Girl. This 1st unit has to be 150 a month. Lol. Bc this small , small. Wow. I like the second studio . More white brings the space together and makes it look larger.
Thanks for your videos! They are a breath of fresh air right now. Living in the Bay Area the price isn’t all that shocking to me. I live in a “spacious” 900sf condo now, but I lived in a 300sf 1 bedroom in SF with a roommate during college and layout was key. As far as layout - The benefit of all the streaming services these days is that you can combine computer/tv into one, so Id put the desk across from the couch. Next to the couch a storage ottoman with both flat & upholstered sides on the lid so it’s mostly an end table, but can be coffee table or footstool if needed. This would leave more room around the table. Where you suggested the desk I’d have a tall bookcase, and finally I’d probably have one of the dining chairs pull double duty for eating.
Robin De’era I live in Michigan and 2000 a month u can get an upscale apartment with 1000 sq feet latest appliances, glass shower, and a gym and a pool. 😅
I'd place the bed as you did but I'd put an open, wide bookcase 18" from the bed as a divider. I'd put floor to ceiling drapes across the entire window wall. Then an apartment sized sofa would face the window. The coffee table would be the convertible type so that when it's raised it becomes a dining table. The desk would be placed to the right of the window with a chair that could be pulled up to the convertible coffee table. To the left of the window near the corner I'd place a small, yet comfortable, chair with a floor lamp behind it. A flat screen television would be placed on the wall using a radiating mount so that it could be pulled into place when viewing. Finally, a nice rug would warm the space up nicely.
I could live in any of the 3 apartments featured. I would put a table that doubles as a desk/workspace where you had the bed, leave the sofa in the middle and put the bed by the window the long way to save room. I just like the idea of the table being closer to the kitchen & lying in bed at night to the view & lights of the city. Just found your channel from the micro studio tour with the guy who took a bigger apt in the same building. I really like your content. Great concept.
Hey Sister!! I have missed your videos. The prices are good since they include utilities. I really like the large studio and would set it up just like you suggested. Great video as usual. Thanks for sharing!! 😊❤️
I actually feel like the last one would be doable for me. I just don’t love the carpet at all! But I’d need somewhere bigger to move in with my bf. We’re in a studio that’s about double the size in Brussels. 930€ all included. Furniture and such are old and dated, and the floor looks more like a wood sticker (?). The fridge is teeny tiny which is really inconvenient now that we’re quarantined, and we don’t have an oven. But it’s nice and warm otherwise, we even have a small balcony and the bathroom has a window. It’s the small luxuries. XD
These are really nice for NYC and the price is not bad especially with utilities included! I love these tours! Also love your calm demeanor and personality 🙂 Thank you for doing these tours! Love watching them 💞
Whoa, I'm surprised at how big the bathroom is in the second one! If it was just me, I'd be super down to live in a little studio, but I'm moving in with my partner and I think for two people it might be a little too small 😁 p.s, it's also way out of my price range to live in New York lol 😅😅
I've seen couples live in the same amount of space. It would be difficult for me, but they usually stay no more than 2 years while they work their way up the corporate ladder...but don't want to live in the outer boroughs.
I love no.2, actually I like both the smaller ones all the way around. I'm with you on the windows, I adore that in no.2 ...omg!!! The prices, good gosh.

New subbie, loving your tiny apartment tours. Next year I'm thinking of going the tiny home way of life. So these videos are enlightening me with the measurements you're showing, as well as what would I give up to gain peace in a tiny area. P.S. Ah yes, that's a big decision. Definitely visit some tiny places in person to see if you can actually do it. I lived in 300sqft and loved it...but I couldn't do less than that. Good luck!
You're walking measurement is probably fine, but just FYI, there is an app called Measure in the App Store (at least for iPhone). It's pretty easy to use.
I’m loving the tiny apartments. Hope you’ll do more in the future ♥️ and yes i can and loved living under 200sq ft mainly bc i’m too lazy to walk around too much to get stuff lol plus its easier to clean!
I just found your channel. I love it. I love that you show everything and say the location and price. I’m from the west coast and I love seeing other real estate from different states and cities. Thanks..
Great job. I know people outside of New York think the price is insane. But $2450 including all utilities and amenities and a door man. It's pretty good price. I live in downtown Indianapolis and pay $1100 plus utilities for a 1 bedroom so your price seems really good for location seems spot on.🤓😷
Kimberly Gonzalez Cute space, that’s a good deal. Its similar to San Francisco...except the ones we rent do not include utilities and parking is $200-$300. Like they say it’s all about location!
I live in New York and that’s still a ridiculous price lol. Still very crazy to waste 2500 for views, doormen, elevator and the upper west side. But if you have it to spare, then so be it! Cute building tho...
I would go nuts especially at a time this. I live in Chicago and we’re known for having large apartments, my living room is larger than the 2 largest put together. Wow. Best wishes. Your governor is doing an amazing job dealing with the big “C”, I watch him and his brother on CNN whenever he’s on. Stay safe.
I couldn't ever imagine living in such a tiny place! I rent a duplex apartment in Georgia and I only pay$800/mo for a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house with a huge kitchen/huge living room and a privacy fenced backyard. I think I'll just stay where I am. New York might be a nice place to visit but I haven't lost anything there!
The prices are excellent for NYC,especiallywith utilities included. Door man add safety and laundry is so convenient.. 3rd one is similar to my LA apartment only thing missing is the balcony and the wall is open to the living room in the galley kitchen, You can fit a lot in there without limiting space. Plants and natural light gives it that inviting homey atmosphere
Obviously you might not choose this apartment as a 30 year old but as a college student who doesn’t want to live in a dorm, this is perfect. Secondly, if you don’t want to live with a roommate this is an option. I’m not from NYC but as a college student living with roommates, this doesn’t seem too bad.
I don't know what the property taxes are in NY for landlords, or how much was paid for the building, which means they owe the bank probably several million dollars. Plus, insurance on the building itself, and the utilities, wear & tear on the units, etc. I owned a small 4-unit apartment building in CA and it was the most horrendous experience, trying to keep things in repair, paid for and collect rent on tenants who would suddenly decide to stop paying rent. And depending on state and city laws, you may not be able to evict a bad tenant for 90 days.
Love them all! The large one is nice, but I think I could live with the two smaller. I liked #1 but then you pointed out that with #2 the two windows was a bonus. I love all of them but more than I could comfortably afford.
It didn't make sense to put it in this video as it is far from tiny...actually a quite large 1 bed for the price. It was getting late and I wanted to get to the supermarket to stock up on groceries to prepare for being home for a loooooong while :)
You better get it girl! Love you adding amenities. So folks understand a bit better. But on a more pressing matter. Stay safe and well out in the Big Apple. God bless you. Thanks for letting us see you are ok.
I live on the Upper East Side and I have a huge 1br triplex apartment and I pay $2600 per month. My apartment is more than twice the size of those studios
Closet declutter video coming next week. Just have to finish editing it. Then bathroom and kitchen. I’ve got lots of time now that we’re all stuck in the house lol
I love how you say, "For people in NY, they say hmm that's not a bad deal" I think what you actually meant was "For people in NY with a high paying jobs or rich parents who can pay the rent no problem, they say Hmm that's not a bad deal. I rent a two bedroom in Flushing Queens for $1800. All utilities included. Washer dryer and all amenities. Living in Manhattan is now unfortunately for the rich. Not the real nitty gritty New Yorkers who make this city
Nyasia C I guess some people don’t have the imagination & vision that you and I have🤷♂️ You can make any place a home and for where that apartment is I think its great👍🏻
Agree with bed placement, add a couple shoji screens for separation of space/privacy, 2 seat pull out sofa would be same size as that table, put a kitchen table of same size in front of window, doubles as desk, or put small corner desk in one corner and smaller square table in other corner. Coffee table should go under wall mount tv for electronics. If you need a coffee table for putting drinks/food on, folding tables are recommended so you can put them away when not in use. IKEA has full displays for studio/tiny living layouts. Advantage of separate kitchen is you can put a wall mounted collapsible table in there for eating instead. With 2 closest, you could use one as an office to hold computer and desk ...

Damn didn’t realize nyc was that crazy! I live in a 450 sqf apartment and pay about 500 a month with utilities
Ruti P Where do you live?
Studio #1 & 2 are dorm rooms. lol I see why college students like this building.
You have your own bathroom, and a kitchen which dorms don't,but it is small
Honestly this is really sad to me and I understand ppl want the city life. I live across the water in Jersey with a 3,500 sq ft multi family home and my Mortgage is just as much. I work in the city and commute wkdays. My commute is a short train ride in. Smh
Jersey is so pretty
Paying dual taxes though
I've stayed in hotel rooms larger than that.
I gasped when she walked into the first apartment and said “full size closet” and opened up that tiny thing. NYC folks idk how you do it!
No one lives there. Ppl survive
🥴😂😂 @ I gasped
And New York has all for seasons that closet is now where near enough space for the cloths you need here. And i am saying that as a man.
I died when she said full size oven!!! Where.?? 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
😂😂😂😂
Thanks.
Those apartments aren’t even really that updated no way!
I know! You would expect sooooo much better from NEW YORK!!
Been loving your videos, glad to see a new one! And loving that purple cardigan 🥰
Thank you sweetie...have a few other videos lined up :)
Futon---full size bed at night, sofa during the day.
I don’t see why people would want to live like this. I wouldn’t live in New York if it was free...
Societal pressures: millennials love being packed and living a glamorous life style. It’s ridiculous if you ask me. Someone making 50 k in Georgia lives the same exact life style as someone making 120k in New York. People are slowing realizing this.
Job opportunities
People have this misconception that apartments in NYC are small, and that’s not true - at all. There are HUGE apartments in NYC and they’re much cheaper than those studios
Ohhh I agree and I was born and raised there. Trust me, is depressing. Many ppl with mental problems and now with this scamdemic going around, it will be worse.
For those of you saying "job responsibilities " ok true, but theres no purpose if you have to pay a lot more for everything. I remember buying a product, same size and brand in Texas, $6 and in NYC $12.
I could definitely do something like this. Any room. They look nice. NYC is a beautiful place in it's own respect. I love NY!
I could live in one if these..cute and cozy and in fabulous Manhattan 😍
For the large studio, which is the one I’d prefer of the three, I’d use as much convertible furniture as possible. Get a Murphybed, a telescoping coffee table that could raise to dining table height (dining for two), and if possible a bookshelf that could convert into a larger dining table for guests. I’d also look for a corner unit desk. It may seem like a lot of furniture, but you wouldn’t have everything “open” or “down” at once.🤷🏽♀️
Murphy beds take alot of space on the floor and wall, (I had one once lol) I'd probably do a loft bed instead. Take it vertical
These aren't really apartments. They're what are commonly known in the UK/Ireland as bedsits, and they’re mostly associated with poor people😕
.... or people getting out of prison. A way to start their new life🤷♀️
In NYC this hamster cage is called luxury.
Spencer you’re right! - my apologies!
GlamGoddes101 - Good school.
Way better than the shoe box with shared bathroom for 1600. Two people on a budget can easily share the large studio .
The size for one person is definitely livable the price tho....ridiculous
Awesome job showing the studios. Not sure if I agree it’s a good deal 🙂
What?? I'm going nuts in my 600sq apartment over here in Cali! And it's like half the price of this wtf!
Girl that's a steak definitely in boy's town. I'm in oak Park you know it's so expensive. 😂😂😂
There is a big difference between that price and $2400! If you can;t pay that price, it is not doable!
And I thought London prices were rude but NY is a whole different level!!
The price is not bad considering it includes utilities. They are decent sizes too
Clean apartments with doorman and roof deck...totally agree!
I agree CrystelB520
Don’t kid yourself.
Sorry nope. You guys can’t be from NY
@@mikeb4471 🤭😂
I'm just always so speechless and blown away by these spaces and price. It's unbelievable that people live here. WOW!!!
Wooooow... you can use the bathroom, open the door and select your next day outfit all while seating down on the toilet! 💀
$2500 is a mortgage in my state for two houses!
New york is a beautiful city, the roof top was nice and the utilities being included not bad but still.
Lol! 😂😀😃
Funny!
This is definitely massive culture shock! From an acreage in rural Nebraska, I’m having a hard time even wrapping my brain around this. I know people live for this, so I’m not downing it at all, it’s just another world to me. Thanks for the introduction.
My goodness, I grew up in Harlem and my mother still lives there. Prices in NYC are just ridiculous 😔
Same. Now they're trying to move her out to make condos for rich people ugh 🤢
Omg 🤭
But don't y'all have hurricanes and flooding, like weekly?
Stefan Marchione Nah... we don’t.
Yes, you're right. So many ways to incorporate double duty storage pieces!
Omg! Ny is crazy! That’s a tiny amount of space even for a college student, I live in TX I am a college student and I live in a 600 square foot apartment and only pay 600 for my rent even the best condos and apartments here aren’t that much I can rent a house and the payment won’t be nearly that much
Even my city, Barcelona, is more expensive than TX. We get it, your cities are cheap, congrats.
Yeah but...it's Texas
Apartments between $370-$1400
Damn, ur pretty
I broke my lease in a 500 ft apartment bc I was going crazy.. couldn't imagine something half that size 🤯 props to those living tiny 👏
So right. I never even use the tv that I have. Double duty furniture would be the best solution!
I live in SC I would go nuts in that small space and price ! Even the nicest loft or condos down town are a little over 2ks but they are huge!!!!!
Robin De’era I live in Michigan and 2000 a month u can get an upscale apartment with 1000 sq feet latest appliances, glass shower, and a gym and a pool. 😅
@@laurenmanchum7298 lol its mitch again tho lol ...please ...its all about location
The divider by the bed would definitely give it a cozy feeling. Love all of your ideas!
i like the first one actually...
I would move into any one of those in a minute! I'm actually saving up enough money to move there hopefully next year.
You can do it!
Amy Nutter Good luck Amy.
You can get bigger places in nyc for less

COME TO BROOKLYN...
BIGGER ROOMS FOR THE SAME PRICE!
Love watching them 💞
Yes, for the services and location, people love the building...and I understand why. Thank you for stopping by ☺️
Whoa, I'm surprised at how big the bathroom is in the second one!
The dining table and coffee table would have to go as well as end tables. I would go with floating shelves and go vertical.
That's a good idea!
I would live in the projects with those prices! Sticker shock foreal!!
Indeed i have 3bed 1bathroom. Currently renovating 🤷🏽♀️ its coming together looking like a house and i only pay $700/month .!
This is such a fun channel! It’s not likely I will ever live in NYC, but I love having the lens into NYC living. I can imagine this information is extremely helpful to those that need a place. Great job!!💕
Thank you!
Come on New York with that BS. This is a rich person closet. These small apartments for over 2 stacks
Nah bro it’s a rich person pet’s room
I love small living and i like you show the empty apartments and measure with rearrangements too . 460sqft is the smallest I’ve lived but I’m
All for it
Girl that’s half my bedroom in my apartment in Dallas Tx. I would never live in NY with those prices and that much room. Hell na lol I could care less if I have a door man or lived in the main city nawwww
question ...do you buy all your clothes from walmart ?...this is NYC baby.....nothing in the world compares.....you need to travel more
You couldn't even put two pots on the stove at the same time. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lmaoo right I’m keep my ass in Texas Bc I be damned paying 2,00 dollars for closet place
New subbie, loving your tiny apartment tours. Next year I'm thinking of going the tiny home way of life. So these videos are enlightening me with the measurements you're showing, as well as what would I give up to gain peace in a tiny area. P.S. Vinny is giving me both Nathan Lane and Robin Williams in the Birdcage ! 😁
You know I have it on my phone but never use it ...thank you for reminding me lol!
I’m loving the tiny apartments. Hope you’ll do more in the future ♥️ and yes i can and loved living under 200sq ft mainly bc i’m too lazy to walk around too much to get stuff lol plus its easier to clean!
These are also a good transition for college students used to living in the dorm.
I just found your channel. I love it. I love that you show everything and say the location and price. I’m from the west coast and I love seeing other real estate from different states and cities. Thanks..
So glad you’re enjoying, thank you!
It's so good to see one of your small space living options in NYC.
I live in 200sq feet apt and I love it. Decent sized bathroom, decent sized kitchen. Only thing I miss and would love to have is a balcony.
I love your videos so much!!!
Thank you!
Please don't ever collab in any way with Nik. He will stab you in the back in time.
Very nice of him to let you do a tour.
maybe a pullout couch, people won't have to sit on your bed if you have people over.
There's no space to have people over. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@anavarro9120 🤣🤣🤣
Great job. I know people outside of New York think the price is insane. But $2450 including all utilities and amenities and a door man. It's pretty good price. I live in downtown Indianapolis and pay $1100 plus utilities for a 1 bedroom so your price seems really good for location seems spot on.🤓😷
$2450 is good for utilities included. You don’t have to worry about gas water bills etc plus doorman laundry and roof deck!
Stay safe.
We all agree, Cuomo's daily conferences are super comforting right now!
I like the last one. I'm not too fond of the kitchen as it would make me feel claustrophobic, but I like everything else.
I agree. As much as I like separate kitchens, I would kinda prefer it in the space if it’s this small.
It’s a totally cozy space. Yes, with greenery and a balcony, it would be fantastic.
I have a size 11 foot too. 😂 As an Interior design/home staged, I could fit soooooooo much in the larger studio! I really like that one.
Our foot size is very convenient for quick measuring lol
Nyasia C 😂😂😂 very true
Obviously you might not choose this apartment as a 30 year old but as a college student who doesn’t want to live in a dorm, this is perfect. Secondly, if you don’t want to live with a roommate this is an option. I’m not from NYC but as a college student living with roommates, this doesn’t seem too bad.
What college student is making $1800+ while paying for school?
I could never do it, it would be like living in a prison cell
I call it upscale jail cell.
Oh my god, I’ve just found this channel... what an amazing different idea for UA-cam! Love love love it. Please never stop!
Yaay! Welcome to the party lol!
The first one was actually bigger than I thought, these prices have me thinking yall making bank though.. at least the landlords are
I don't know what the property taxes are in NY for landlords, or how much was paid for the building, which means they owe the bank probably several million dollars.
Were you going to show a 1 bedroom? I love your videos, thanks
I am officially house bound except for a trip to the grocery store. Hoping you’re staying safe where you are 😉

I rent a two bedroom in Flushing Queens for $1800. All utilities included. Washer dryer and all amenities. Living in Manhattan is now unfortunately for the rich. Not the real nitty gritty New Yorkers who make this city
I think with some paint nice drapes and furniture/accessories this could be a really great apartment. I mean it upper west! great address👍🏻
I’ve seen them furnished and some people do a really nice job with it.
Nyasia C I guess some people don’t have the imagination & vision that you and I have🤷♂️ You can make any place a home and for where that apartment is I think its great👍🏻
Seeing all these empty apartments and thinking about the homeless that will be sleeping outside during a pandemic. Disgusting.
Patrick Johnson an economist will make you realize how ignorant this comment is. Landlords need to make a living too you fool.
I love watching your videos. They make me feel grateful to have a $1300 mortgage payment on a four bedroom, two bath house with a huge back yard.
When he said the price I YELLED .. but great video !
Great layout ideas!
