Those aren't ripe enough. They should be black. The plants tell you when they are nearly ready by extending that coil to plant the seeds away from the parent corm.
I've just separated the seeds from pods on mine and they are actually more a dark orange/brown. The pods were papery and fell apart easily. The seeds were mostly stuck to the centre of the pods and had to be separated with a fingernail.
I collection seeds of the cyclamen in september, but it was then I could get hold of them. But often 'green' seeds germinate better, especially species that are difficult to propagating from seeds.

germination tends to be more successful in an environment without light.
