In this video, the construction of a steam turbine has been discussed. This turbine has the right torque to turn a generator.
Thank you for liking the video so that it can be seen by everyone

Balancing will be easier if the blades are trimmed so they all weigh the same. Then your concern will be getting the welds as close as possible to identical. The discharge should be directed to a condenser and recycled since it's basically distilled feed water. As for pulling a vacuum, you'll need labyrinth seals on the traveling edges, but the performance gain will be obvious. It was nice to see you actually using steam instead of compressed air as so many online seem to do.

Yes, you are right, the balance of the system is extremely important, and the use of steam serves a specific purpose, and that is the construction of a unique home power plant.
Thank you for your nice comment

@@fixedfocussolar No problem, steam is a serious force and a turbine is the best way I have seen to get every calorie. But the overhead is high and your water processing has to occur on the fly. Since you are discharging from the center you could run the discharge steam/condensate through another heating loop and then into a low-pressure turbine. With your form factor it would probably work better like stairs, HP on top and LP below and then feeding into a condenser. I'm speculating because I don't know what pressure or temperature your steam is arriving. Another advantage to your design is that you can add additional steam nozzles and feed them as the load increases. It would also be a way to throttle around speeds where the dynamics/balance transitions. Steam is a cruel mistress though. So keep the joints tight and lag/wrap everything when you've finished tuning.

I see you are trying different types of rotor...this one seems like great efficiency...
I did same turbines ..i did about 60 types...and the best result was one with 2 discs and only 12 blades 35 cm.diameter.blades are long so they overlap each other about 3 cm.and they go down only 3 sm from outside radius to inside...wow you will be amazed how efficient that will be... basically steam enters turbine uses Ventury principle and grabs 6 times volume inside turbine and then all that exits through all 12 exits...again diameter was 35 cm. 3 cm thick..3 cm overlap and 3 cm incline from inside diameter to outside diameter.... Try
    Cheers from Ukraine

Sir someone has hacked my son Muhammad Awais channel " Awais talent"for various science models a few days ago.sir what should be done to restore the channel.

I don't think anyone can hack someone else's channel on UA-cam if the deleted channel is deleted by UA-cam itself.
