Well done Craig! You look great! I am on week 5 and doing well, nearly 2 stone off. Thanks for the great tips and inspiration. I love the way you chat in ordinary layman's language and look forward to your monthly updates too..... As you say its not everyone's way of doing it but there comes a time when a serious lifestyle is necessary otherwise bad health is a certainty! Thanks again
You're looking great Craig, well done. I had my samples through the other day. Had a full day of shakes and found it OK. I thought I'd feel more hungry. The next day I ate normally and felt so full and lethargic after. Ive got a July start date for the scheme. Thanks for these videos they've helped me massively
Hi Ive loved watching your Diet videos, im super impressed, I've a;ready aplied to go on this course just waiting for a reply from my doctor, Now watching you i cant WEIGHT to get started, thanks for all your thoughts and input into how your body reacts to the shake powders, I'm now aware of what would lie ahead ie side affects and others.hope I can loose the pounds just like you have.
I am on week 11 and have surpassed my weight loss target. I feel great. I hear what you say about ‘damaging’ foods and I will approach consumption differently in future.
There is sucrose and stevia in the shakes, 20g carbs per shake i.e. 80g per day. And palm oil. So overall the ingredients aren't ideal but controlled and better than Domino's. Well done.
Craig you have tremendous will power, looking great. How useful having bad reaction to the foods you tried, it’s very interesting. You’ll need to invent something to make out of the empty tubs, quite a waste otherwise.
Hi Craig I've watched these videos over the last few days and love them. I was only diagnosed in late April (although there was a cheeky HbA1c of 49 sitting on my GP record that they forgot to tell me about). I wish that I'd found these videos on my diabetes deep dive in my first week where I discovered the programme and I think for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetics, they are going to give people a lot of optimism. You feel pretty stupid making jokes like 'do you get some insulin with that gateaux' for years and then finally being diagnosed with something that you had some idea was likely and it's a massive bullet-dodge 'A Diabetes Carol' to get a second chance of dodging it. I've been DIYing with Exante (more variety but I've been paying for it for myself) while waiting the 6 weeks to get on the programme and have lost 2 stone in 5 weeks (starting at about 19 1/2) and start the programme properly next week with Altralife, where I hope I can get them to credit me with 'time served' as 18 weeks of shakes alone sounds like no-fun when I've geared my determination on 12. Thank you again for doing the videos and I hope you carry on in the next phase as that phase is kind of more daunting than phase one, once it's bedded in.
Also if you want to extend your reach, post your first video to a music gear forum. You won't get many diabetics but you will get 5000 people telling you that Behringer pedals are made of yoghurt cartons and not to buy them.
You have done fantastic, but not sure why on week 11 you have only gone through 3 of the 6 tubs unless like my friend she only did one scoop instead of 2 which would mean you have been on half the 800 calories. I understood each tub has 2 weeks of meal replacement.

I have started this week - day 4. Getting used to it and I agree about the reeducation part of process.
How are you finding it Matt?
I'm due to start next month
I am feeling ok. Week three now. Once I felt the benefits, physically and mentally, the cravings for food can be ignored. Best of luck.
Just about to start on this adventure. Thanks for making these inspiring and encouraging series of videos.
You look great btw.
Thanks for sharing. Much appreciated. I've ordered a taster kit!
I've really enjoyed watching your videos - very inspiring - well done.

Truly Amazing !!
I'm pre diabetes thank u have been very encouraging.
A bit of weights, lots of walking and swimming is great to keep 'sag' at bay. Egg and cress is my fave sarnie.
