Great reaction, Mahler had such grandiose cinematic creations fit for movies before they used themes like this. Fyi, checkout almost anything by Sinfonia Galacia in Spain. They also have a youth orchestra filled with very gifted students. But check out The adult orchestras treatment of Sheherazade . The conductor has arranged new life into a heavy theme.
