Despite the plane mishaps, leaky cup, dry miso and rice, and the cordless non-working hotel phone, you had a wonderful attitude and great father & daughter time! Love your amazing and yummy bento boxes! Thanks for sharing! I truly enjoyed this video!
Thank you so much! I’m so happy you enjoyed this crazy video, ! At some point when there’s enough mishaps, you just have to shake your head and laugh! Getting angry wasn’t going to help me or anybody else so you know you’re not in control of that point and you just have to control your attitude. I have to say that as much of a fiasco this was most people in the airport were actually pretty kind and did not take it out on the flight personnel who had no control over the situation either.
Eunice! I’m in the middle of watching your video, but wanted to comment before I forgot. My mother is Japanese, and we grew up eating Spam regularly, as an easy meal for us kids. Just recounting how she prepared Spam. She stuck a fork directly into the meat in the can, at an angle, then wiggled it out. When frying, because it is “fatty”, she used no oil, butter, etc., but she allowed it to crisp and brown with a cover on the pan, keeping the Spam juicy-she didn’t add any flavoring. We ate it with rice, and a splash of soy sauce. Many times, she would cut the slices into strips, add diagonally sliced celery, and a splash of water and stir fry it, served with rice. You can use any green, bok choy, spinach, Napa, etc. For my own children, I would make them “rice balls”, with a chunk of fried Spam in the center, and a splash of soy sauce, and put each ball,(about the size of an egg) in a baggie for car trips! Spam is so versatile, I hope you will experiment! ❤️
Oh my gosh! Those sound like some awesome ideas and thank you so much for the hint on how to get it out of the can! Now that I’ve tried it, I’m going to experiment more, and I thought of even making spam fried rice! I’m not sure how good Sam is for me, but it tasted pretty good after I cooked it!😋 thank you so much for these ideas🇯🇵
Spam here in Hawaii is used a lot in fried rice, chow fun, and Kim chee fried rice. Spam is everywhere here. I take a butter knife and go in between Spam and can and run the knife around it it comes out. It’s like making a space between the can wall and spam. I hope I gave a good description. UA-cam has many vids on spam Musubi.
What I see here is even though there are circumstances that you can not control, you have control over how to make the most out of your situation. The most valuable life lesson! Thank you for sharing your special time with your dad🥰 btw the bento boxes are impressive as always
Thank you! Unfortunately, this flight was to attend his sisters funeral. But we did have some good quality time together and with family during the trip.🙂
My dad was killed in a car accident years ago, and it makes me so happy to see you appreciate the time with yours--truly making it special. Those are memories that can’t be replaced 🧡
I’m so sorry to hear of your dad, Wendy. And it is comments like this that make me truly stop and pause and say yes I am very blessed to still have my father and my mother around. i’m so happy that you found this to be a happy video for you.🙏❤️🙏
I'm so sorry about your Dad, hope you have great memories and foods to make when thinking of him! I make my family recipes when I miss them, or use products they used, to remember them. Food can be a great touchstone.
This was a fun video to watch. I love how you show the REAL side of life and how not everything always goes perfectly as planned. You have a great attitude 👍🏼 I always look forward to your videos. Thanks for sharing a little bit of your life and tips with us. 😊
Hearing you guys laugh and make the best of the downturns, almost makes the mishaps worth it. You’ll never forget this- special memories and stories to tell. Beautiful. Tip to try for spam. My mom is Jamaican- she used to slice the spam, but then dip it in an egg (that she beat with a fork in a bowl) seasoned with black pepper, and I’d add a little onion powder to the egg mix. And then fry it till crispy. It’s really good! It cuts the saltiness.
Thank you so much! We really did make the best of it and create some great memories!❤️ thank you for the idea about the spam! Almost sounds like all in one breakfast! I’m gonna give that a try! Thank you so much for sharing that😊❤️
💜💜💜💜 Can’t put enough hearts on this video. Special time with your dad, honoring your mother, making the most of the situation... so much to learn from this one. Thanks, Eunice.
Brought tears to my eyes at the end, lost my Dad as a child. How precious you and your Dad could laugh together through all the hiccups and frustrations. Nether one of you will ever forget this special time together… 💖💖💖
Thank you so much, Jennifer❤️🙏 I’m so sorry you lost your father at such a young age. 💔 your story makes me count my blessings even more that I still have my dad.❤️🙏❤️ Thank you for sharing that with us.❤️
Those bento box meals looked delicious. So glad that you were able to make the best of a bad flying situation, Your dad looked like he really enjoyed the meal.
Thank you so much! Yes, we are pretty much of the mindset that we can’t control anything but I reaction to the situation and quite honestly by the end of the day we were so happy just to have some decent food🙏❤️😊
Oh Eunice... I started watching your video... then my internet went out...for the whole night, and I was so annoyed because I was so anxious to hear how your trip went... OMGoodness ... what a couple of days! The bento box looked amazing and I loved the bags you used to put each parcel together with... then the frustration!!! Your Dad was right! everyone on the plane would have been jealous when you would have set that spread out for sure! What a fun time you made the nightmare situation into... But Eunice I am not surprised... you seem to always be as prepared as can be and if the unexpected comes along...you go with the flow and make it a fun experience just the same!
You definitely juiced life & drank the joy! 🥰 Great reminder to relax a little, & roll with the punches. Thank you Ms. Eunice. I appreciated you sharing, I've been loving these bento box videos. Gourmet food, saving $, homemade, comfort of having exactly what you want.
Thank you so much! I’m so happy you are enjoying my content! And yes, juicing life and drinking the joy! 😊 😍 hope to bring you more great bento box video soon!
Thanks for sharing this special time with your dad. Your efforts to create a beautiful and delicious meal were much appreciated by him, and so impressive to see! In the end, you had wonderful food, some laughter, and many sweet moments: a special memory indeed.
I just love this video, your attitude even when things were going haywire was just precious! What a story and a beautiful memory for you and your dad! What a beautiful layout of food. Done with love.
What a wonderful experience to have with your Dad, Unice. Like always, your positive attitude is the correct prescription to a trip like the one you guys had. It shows us once more that it's all about what you set your mind to, your intentions and your willingness to change chaos into a wonderful unforgettable adventure. Love to see you both enjoy your trip even under the most strenuous circumstances. What a lovely and thoughtful thing to do for your Dad. Wonderful memories. Thank you for sharing this amazing adventure! ❤❤❤❤❤ (tip, to get the spam out of the can, all you need to do is to puncture a couple of holes on the bottom of the can with a knife and it comes out really easy) Love Spam!
Ahhh! Thank you for the spam tip! 😀 I would’ve never thought to do that! Also, thank you for watching, and! It was a sad trip to start off with this. We were headed back east to attend his sister’s funeral, but in the end, it’s all about spending time and making memories.. for this I feel blessed. 😊
You are absolutely right! It would’ve just been a plain old flight had that not have happened! I always like to look at things like this, as giving us some great conversations and stories to tell later🙏😊❤️ I love your outlook on things💕
Oh my God, I’m so sorry but this was such a funny video. I know you went through a lot, but I couldn’t help laughing hysterically when you said you were trying to use the phone, but it didn’t have a cord lol! Love your attitude and that of your father, thank you for sharing 😂🥰
@@lilyofthevalley6992 lol! When life gives you lemons! Make lemonade! Thank you so much. I’m so glad you enjoyed this and truly appreciate your feedback.😊😊
Oh my gosh, thank you so much! I must get that from my dad because he used to be in broadcasting. We did have a good time even though we lost a whole day of travel, but we got to make some great memories together.😊🙏❤️
@@NothingToNoOneInParticular thank you so much! What a wonderful, wonderful compliment and truly appreciate you sharing my videos with your friends! 🙏💕😊 I look forward to making more great videos for you❤️
Thank you so much and unfortunately it was to attend his sister‘s funeral, but it did help take our mind off of things and give us great memories together💕😊
I love all your videos but this one touched my heart. I recently lost my Dad. Clearly you have a very special relationship. What a fabulous memory to hold on to!
I’m so sorry to hear that. You recently lost your dad. I know someday that I will not have him by my side and quite honestly I can’t even think about that without breaking down in tears. He is the one person who has been with me my whole life. I felt blessed to be able to have some time with him alone and unfortunately for this trip, it was to head back for his sister’s funeral. But we did make the best of it. Making wonderful memories of your father bring you a few smiles along your grief journey.🙏
What a sweet and generous video! You are so fortunate to have your father. experience this trip with you. I just discovered you yesterday, and you are adorable! Best of luck to you always😊
You are too cute! Very nice, kind person! Reminds me of my dad and myself. Love your videos! Glad I came across your channel! I just ssubscribed! Nice bento box!!
Thank you so much😊🙏❤️ I think it’s great that you and your dad have such a great relationship! Thank you so much for subscribing to my channel and I’m looking forward to your feedback on my other videos!🙏❤️
We were actually flying back for my aunt’s funeral, so that’s why it was just a little bit harrowing for us because we didn’t want to miss the funeral. In the end, we got there just a few hours before the funeral and were able to attend, but it did cut short the time we were able to spend with the family.. but I did give us both time to spend together and make some memories and that is worth so much more🙏❤️😊
I just LOVE your video. You made thoughtful and beautiful food to share with your dad for memorable moment. Though thing’s did NOT go as you planned, the things that did, made your trip much more memorable. Because of these unforeseen offsets, those wonderful memories with your dad were more engraved. Thank you for sharing. 📞 You will never look at a hotel phone the same; you will always remember this story! Blessings, Barbara.
Thank you so much, Barbara! We decided just to make the best out of a tough situation, and you just have to laugh sometimes. We were very blessed that at least we had that food because everything in the airport at the hotels were shut down by the time we checked in. I couldn’t believe that that phone cord was cut. Kind of gave me an eerie feeling like what went on in that hotel room before we were there.😂🤣
Loved seeing you and your dad, and I'm laughing with you over travel mishaps. Par for the course, right?! I did love your Bento Box, especially the Japanese Spam thing! Thanks for sharing with us!
Thank you! Wanted to try to have something good came out of that day😂🤣 I keep spam in my emergency so now I’ll have to take some out once in a while and cook it up! 😋
Glad you enjoyed it! Choice was to make herself miserable or make yourself laugh, and we chose to laugh! Life is too short to not make the best out of a situation that you’re given!💕
Thank you so much and yes, we did make a special time of it together and I know it’s probably one of the last time I’ll ever fly with my dad and it was for my aunts funeral, but we made some great memories💕😊

I love how you all just rolled with it, even though things didn't go as planned. Not everyone can make the best of a not-so-great circumstance. I hope you have a fun time in my home state of Colorado! Thanks for keeping it real.
Thank you! Colorado was just a stopping point to get to the East Coast! But I have been to your beautiful state and have some good friends live there and I can’t wait to get back!😊
So glad y'all had something delicious to eat regardless of all the mixups. Hopefully this becomes a great comedic story y'all keep telling for years to come. 💕
Thank you, Jan! The best news is we made it in time for the funeral, but we only had 24 hours to stay before we had to leave again. But I’m really glad I got to spend the time with my dad.!
Great video! I love how you and your dad just laughed and went with the flow. This will be a trip you both will never forget and will laugh and laugh over. (My favorite part was you trying to use a phone with no cord!!🤣) So glad you and your dad got to take this trip together. Wonderful video and thanks for sharing, even the things that went wrong.
Lol! We were so tired at the end of the day. We didn’t even notice that the phone didn’t have a cord until it didn’t work.😂🤣 and my dad has taught me that you just have to laugh at yourself sometimes!
Another great video! What a crazy day! So happy you got the special time with your Dad. Precious moments during a trying travel day. The Bento boxes looked delicious! You made it safe and sound, finally. Keep up the wonderful videos. Take care
Thank you! Unfortunately, this trip was not a pleasure trip but for my dad and I to attend his sister / my aunt’s funeral. We made it to the funeral, but lost a whole day of spending time with the family.. but we did make some great memories of a father daughter trip!
Your bento box meal looked delicious! Sorry you had so many problems! Crazy! We’ve had musubi a couple times and have made it a couple times over the last ten years. We’ll go through phases of trying different cuisines and Asian foods are a favorite (my husband is half Korean). We’re going to Hawaii this summer and can’t wait to try musubi there since apparently it’s sold everywhere!
I think musubi is wonderful and a great snack to be able to bring on a plane because you don’t need to have a hot or cold! I hope you have some great musubi in Hawaii😋😊
I’m so glad I binged another video and it was this one! It was worth watching through to the end. I appreciate your positive attitude. It’s really the healthiest way to handle many things in life. I’m eurasian, too, and I wonder if you look like a perfect blend between your parents like me? Also, trick with the SPAM is to allow air to get in to the can - I just give it a bit of a squeeze, and then shake the can and it pops right out every time. No utensils needed. Also, I don’t know if you know, but our taste buds change in air travel, which is why they put a ton of sodium and sugars in the foods they serve in flight. That being said, there’s something about tomato juice (I can’t recall off hand) that even people who don’t normally like to drink it will enjoy. I wonder how a dish with SPAM and tomato sauce with macaroni pasta or something might fare. Will be trying this out in April! Aloha! Hope you enjoy many more trips with your father!
Hi there HAPA girl! Yes, I am a pretty good Len between my parents, but I do look more like my father side of the family. Even my nieces who are a quarter Asian look more Asian than I do.🇯🇵😂 I was born with red hair and have a bleached blonde at this point to blend in the gray! Thank you for your tips on the spam and also yes thank you for your tips on the airline food because now that I’ve been diagnosed with stage three kidney disease I have to be very careful about the sodium in my food so I probably will be making all kinds of videos on healthy foods to pack if you’re trying to keep hypertension, blood glucose and kidney disease at bay!
To remove the Spam, run a butter knife along the inside of the can and lightly rotate it, as you pull along to separate the meat from the can. Make sure the knife goes all the way to the bottom. You basically breaking up the jelly thats gotten firm
Thank you, Sandi! I did run a dive along the edge into the bottom, but it just seemed like it was really vacuum, sealed until I smacked it onto the cutting board! 😂🤣 thank you so much for watching and commenting!
That was my first time trying spam as well! I have to say when I first tasted it out of the can I wasn’t sure, but once I cooked, it was really good! But I’m really glad I used it now because anything else I would’ve put in there would’ve been horrible! Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Almost felt like you were pranked huh? but i'm glad you got to spend the quality time with your dad. I had no idea that you're half asian. I (your recent subscriber) am Filipino...now I know why you're so organized, full of fun & adventurous. That bento kit are so adorable!! :)
Thank you so much and yes, I started to feel like I was on some sort of episode of Pranked! It’s just one thing after another and that’s why at the end you just have to laugh about it! Yes, I am half Asian and half your opinion so I guess I’m technically Eurasian! Between the German side of me and the Japanese side of me, I’m probably OCD about certain things🤣😜
It’s those crazy times we remember for the longest. When everything goes to plan it seems less memorable than when we have an ADVENTURE!!! Eating in your hotel room was just as special and probably a good thing since that cup leaked 😂😂
Absolutely! My dad and I were talking about that and said, thank goodness I didn’t happen on the plane! Things happen for a reason! And I think it did make a really good video! It may not have turned out as I planned, but in the end, all that matters as we were safe and we were able to make a good time out of it!🙏😊
Loved the video. Just found your channel and love all your tips and tricks. To get the spam out, you just need to break the seal. I usually squeeze the shorter sides of the rectangle towards each other. You’ll see the longer sides kinda pop out. Then just invert and shake it out.
Thank you so much! 😊🙏Truly appreciate you following my channel and looking forward to getting your feedback on my other videos, and hearing about what other videos you’d like to see on my channel!😃
No need for a bloop reel...lol At least you had a great attitude and laughed, the both you! Totally appreciate the realism though. Life be like that tho...lol
@@NothingToNoOneInParticular lol! Kind of felt like that flight was a complete blooper! Thank goodness, I packed those meals for us because we would’ve been dang hungry the next day! So glad you got a chuckle out of this video😊💕
Sounds like a perfect trip 😂 I always take one of my daughters at a time somewhere around the world to have special times alone. I’m so glad for those trips no matter what issues may arise.
yay!! My kids are Hapa! I love seeing you keeping the cuisine alive! Re. Spam, turn it upside down, squeeze the ends of the can so the sides expand out a bit and tap it out onto the cutting board! you did it perfectly! Did you know there are hard core spam musubi cutters so you get even slices and there are musubi molds too! My nieces brought spam Musubi to the Tennessee college and they became legend purchasing spam at their local Walmart and making it to the delight of their friends. They told me people even paid them to make it up for them! . Oishii!!
Thank you! Trying to keep the cuisine alive! So cool that your hapa kids are making musubi for their college friends! That’s what I call entrepreneurship! ❤️😊🙏 thank you so much for sharing that with us!🙏
Hi Eunice. Love your channel. Where did you get your wooden cups? I have the exact bowls and would love a set of cups to match. And I love that your laughed through all the mishaps!
Hi Eugenia! thank you so much ! I got the wood tea cups from Amazon and there’s a link in the video description to them! 😊 I think mine got a crack in it because it was accidentally put in the dishwasher! These are hand wash only!
Something I have started doing recently is making a big pot of something and then sealing them in small bags in bento box portions and sticking in the freezer. That makes preparing bento boxes for picnics or travel much easier. Yesterday I made a double recipe of oden and today I made a triple recipe of nishime, which I really love. I put in extra mirin and sugar since I like it on the sweeter side. Each freezer bag has about 1/4 cup, just enough for one bento compartment.
LOVED LOVED LOVED this video. Please do more Bento/ Asian meal prep videos. I also loved your other travel snacks one. Eunice, are you familiar with Xplorer Steve DIY’s channel? I thought of him as soon as you said “this is for mom.” Steve has a van but also likes to do urban overlanding in his 4-Runner so you’d enjoy seeing his build as well. Not sure if I’m allowed to post links, but the video I want you to see was posted 2 years ago and was a camping trip/homage to his Korean father. The title is: Mountain Solo Camp. Korean BBQ, MukBang and sake toast. Mini SUV camper. I think you will like it.
Thank you so much, Sandra🙏😊 I have not heard of him, but I’m definitely gonna look him up because he sounds like somebody right up my alley! Sometimes it is just best to go with the flow (that is my philosophy of life!). Your bento boxes were beautiful and perfect! I do not eat any animals but I can see myself creating some yummy things with veggies (for a bento box). I live on the West side of Los Angeles and I have a Japanese store called Marukai. I go there often because I love their products. Thank you Eunice so much for this video!
Thank you, Elena! There are so many great vegetarian options for a bento box! I’m happy you found a Japanese market near you that can help you get some great Japanese or any sort of Asian vegetables! They were just so many choices when it comes to vegetables in an Asian market!
Elena, have you explored H Mart? It's a Korean grocery store. Every time I go to LA, I have to stop at H Mart to buy the ingredients I can't get locally. Daiso is a required stop as well, lol.
@@danaeads919 I haven’t. The closes one to me is about 7 miles (by mid-Wiltshire, closer to DTLA). I live on the Westside and luckily for me, they built a Marukai in my area. I will check H-Mart when in that area.
Love the bento boxes! What a doozy of a flight ordeal! May I ask what Asian market you shopped at? Always good to know where they are in the bay. I've been going to Yaoya-San up in El Cerrito, which is nice, but it's fairly small.
Thank you! I have a few Asian markets, but I travel to around the bay area, depending on what I need. Some Asian markets don’t carry much Japanese food so I’ll have to head to an Asian market that is either strictly Japanese or has a Japanese section.. Tokyo fish market in Berkeley is the best place to get Japanese food! 🥰
Oh wow, as I was watching you prepare the bentos, I was settling in for some really good food porn. I had no idea what a twist it was going to take! What a frustrating day of travel - or non-travel, as the case may be! Your sense of humour definitely saved the day. I just love those beautiful wood boxes and implements, and the indigo cloth. The wood looks very old, is it a relic of your kachan's early life in Japan? I do hope the rest of the trip turned out better. I am envious of the great Asian shopping options available to you. I would have to drive 12 hours to reach that kind of shop. My city is a great place for shawarma, but has absolutely no Japanese restaurants or grocery. I miss getting the ingredients to cook as I like to. Keep sharing your great culinary and travel adventures!
Hi Jen! Thank you so much! Actually, the bento boxes are something I bought off of Amazon, and they came with utensils and the indigo blue bags! You can find a link for them in the video description! Unfortunately, my mother was not able to bring anything like that from Japan when she came over because they only had suitcases and she could only bring so many things. We did FaceTime with my mom to let her know that we were safe and she could join us for a little bit of a dinner and see what I made.. 😀
@@TheoryofSimple Wonderful, you are so fortunate to have both parents still with you at your age! I lost my much beloved father in the middle of the pandemic - not from the plague itself, but because we live in different countries, I could not say goodbye. He had been suffering from progressive dementia for several years prior, so he lost the ability to recognize me over a year before he passed. (you and I are, I believe, less than a year apart) Treasure every moment you get to spend with them, you never know when a visit will be the last. I was too sick to make my planned trip to visit Dad and my step mother the Christmas before the world shut down, and I had absolutely no idea that the previous spring's visit would be my last opportunity to visit with them - both had seemed healthy at that time.
💔 your story makes me count my blessings even more that I still have my dad.❤️🙏❤️ Thank you for sharing that with us.❤️
Thank you for the laughs! You and your Dad had a wonderful sense of humor and will have many memories to share!

Thank you, Joy! We made the best of it and enjoyed our time together! Memories and a good story to tell!😊
Nothing is as special as Daddy daughter time😊
Indeed😊🙏❤️ we created memories that will last both of our lifetimes🙏❤️🙏
You definitely juiced life & drank the joy! 🥰 Great reminder to relax a little, & roll with the punches. Thank you Ms. Eunice. I appreciated you sharing, I've been loving these bento box videos. Gourmet food, saving $, homemade, comfort of having exactly what you want.

Thanks for sharing this special time with your dad. Your efforts to create a beautiful and delicious meal were much appreciated by him, and so impressive to see! In the end, you had wonderful food, some laughter, and many sweet moments: a special memory indeed.
Yes! In the end, we are so blessed to be able to create moments and memories that will ask both of our lifetimes!
I just love this video, your attitude even when things were going haywire was just precious! What a story and a beautiful memory for you and your dad! What a beautiful layout of food. Done with love.
Thank you so much, Kyle! Making lemonade from lemons 🍋 It was a memorabke trip!
😅😂🤣
So glad you were able to make funny memories with your dad. ❤❤
Thank you so much! Me too! When life gives you lemons! 😂🍋
Such a lovely time with your dad Albeit changes. You both have such great attitudes.
Thank you! It was one of those situations where you could make it really bad or better than it was😊
❤love the positivity through all the mishaps of traveling!😁
Thank you so much! I just look at it like I have no control over anything in the situation except my reaction to it❤️🙏😊
All of these “happenings “ add to the adventure and make the memory fun! If everything went smoothly, it easily wouldn’t be as memorable.
You are absolutely right! It would’ve just been a plain old flight had that not have happened! I always like to look at things like this, as giving us some great conversations and stories to tell later🙏😊❤️ I love your outlook on things💕
You are expert at going with the flow.
Lol! Well, let’s just say there were a few choice words coming out of my mouth a couple of times they were not caught on camera😂🤣
A blessing to spend this wonderful time with your dad.
Yes! I’m very lucky that we had some time together and could make some great memories🙏❤️🙏
Oh my God, I’m so sorry but this was such a funny video. I know you went through a lot, but I couldn’t help laughing hysterically when you said you were trying to use the phone, but it didn’t have a cord lol! Love your attitude and that of your father, thank you for sharing 😂🥰

What a great story, and you are such a great and natural storyteller. Thank you for sharing these special memories.
Oh my gosh, thank you so much! I must get that from my dad because he used to be in broadcasting. We did have a good time even though we lost a whole day of travel, but we got to make some great memories together.😊🙏❤️

A trip to remember for sure, how wonderful for you and your Dad, ❤
Thank you so much and unfortunately it was to attend his sister‘s funeral, but it did help take our mind off of things and give us great memories together💕😊

If you have some great spam recipes, I’d love to know how to cook them! 😊

Aww I'm glad you got to spend time with your dad. Hope the rest of your time together goes smoothly and you both have the best time.
We were actually flying back for my aunt’s funeral, so that’s why it was just a little bit harrowing for us because we didn’t want to miss the funeral. In the end, we got there just a few hours before the funeral and were able to attend, but it did cut short the time we were able to spend with the family.. but I did give us both time to spend together and make some memories and that is worth so much more🙏❤️😊
Such a sweet time you had with your dad. Thanks for sharing 😊
It really was and I’m really glad we got to take that one last trip together even though it was for his sisters funeral. 🙏💕
So glad you were together! This trip showed us how you follow your credo.
Thank you! 😊
You will never look at a hotel phone the same; you will always remember this story!
Kind of gave me an eerie feeling like what went on in that hotel room before we were there.😂🤣
To get the spam out, open the top and poke a hole in the bottom. The hole will help break the vacuum.

Absolutely! We made some amazing memories and got to have some great conversation on the trip!😊
Enjoy your trip. Such delicious Bento boxes. I've never tried spam.
That was my first time trying spam as well! I have to say when I first tasted it out of the can I wasn’t sure, but once I cooked, it was really good! But I’m really glad I used it now because anything else I would’ve put in there would’ve been horrible! Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Lots of laughs. Thx for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching and commenting!😊

Great idea, Jen! Then just take and thaw and eat!😊❤️ thank you for sharing ❤️
Oh my goodness!! that looks so good! How did you refrain from eating it all while you were cooking it?
Lol thank you! I only had so much time to get this done so there really wasn’t any time to sit and enjoy it until we were at the hotel! 😊🙏❤️

Do you have a UA-cam channel? I don’t it animals either so would need ideas from an Asian perspective 😊
I miss my daddy every day and would give anything to sit and talk and sing with him again.
