    This is very valuable once again Ariya! I've also been down lots of rabbit holes and the one sure fire way that works for me every single time is relationship building.

    I have been down the rabbit holes you talk about, leveraging vulnerability and asking for help is definitely the way to go, but like a lot of things it's simple but often far from easy!

      Yes absolutely. It is counter-intuitive at first. We may want to come across as having it all polished and handled, but often this holds things back
