If it's not just about capital then why is it that most visibly successful entrepreneurs all come from middle class and upper middle class families. Are we to say poor kids fail because of how they see themselves only? Let's not kid ourselves about the stats that show White men and women prefer mentoring interns who look like them. In your attempt to unleash some pristine ubermensch from the shackles of insecurity, do you consider that this atomization of the individual is nothing but part of a larger neoliberal logic designed to continuously make the individual like he is not enough. So we buy programs, training manuals, retreats to hear someone encourage us to improve some aspect of us. You are enough already. Just read Heidegger instead.

Such a great explanation of why looking beyond behavior benefits is long-term in shifting our effectiveness. This framework combined with the Being Profile makes the invisible visible…. Several of my clients have reported deep shifts that led to increase their business, gain confidence in results (e.g. have been able to sleep for 9 hrs after having not been able to sleep at all, give up smoking, increase revenue by 30%,… the list is endless.
