Transparency in government that's ridiculous how is it going to make deals with their corrupt business partners? I say if you spend money on a project and it fails you should refund that money.

The New Mexico Office of the State Engineer was provided more than a million taxpayer dollars for development of a business process management system to upgrade its water rights information management software which still utilizes 1980s technology to this very day. That system was never built and the CIO at the time authorized over $300K for purchase of hundreds of software licenses for user access to the nonexistent system before its development was even underway. No one was ever held accountable for that obscene waste of taxpayer funds.

I feel like the dog park is a good one. It benefits the citizens and creates a safe area for citizens to bring their pets which is a good thing. The zoo…. Eh…. Maybe? Zoos are educational but at the same time, better uses out there I’m sure. The rest though, not good.
