    Oh Kate, may I join the many others in offering deep thanks for the content you are creating and sharing.
    For those carrying the wounds of complex trauma, I wonder if you might - at some point - consider offering your psychological and neuroscientific reflections on the experience of emptiness?
    Many with CPTSD grapple with this experience. It is one element that is hard to name, understand and even harder to address...to heal with and from.
