I have had it for some time now and have two 'life hacks' for you and one bonus:
1. If the clip bothers you and you find it looks awful (like myself) you can unscrew the top of the cap and remove it and all that's remaining is one tiny cutout in the clear acrylic that you won't notice. Usually I'm a big fan of clips on pens but without it looks so much better.
2. When I refill the pen I remove the top of the cap and put it on the table upside down, makes an amazing stand for the barrel of the pen and you can refill your pen without the stress of juggling an ink-filled barrel.
bonus: The top part of the cap actually works as a kind of decent magnifying glas. It's not perfect by any means but it works for looking if there's paper fiber caught between the nib tines or something like that.
After all it's an adorable little thing. It works great for me and I never have to remember which ink is in there. The only thing that annoys me from time to time is the fog that builds up inside of the cap and the barrel. Is this an issue with all demonstrator pens? It's actually the first one I own.
Thanks for the tips! I’ve noticed some water condensation on some of my demonstrator caps but not all. There are probably a lot of variables like how well you dried off your nib after cleaning or the water content of your ink.

In my opinion they are not great, but it’s pretty easy to swap out for another size 6 nib.
I've seen those pens floating around and they look... inappropriate 😆. The last Mooonman I had I dropped the cap and it cracked. Might be time to get a new one. Thank you for sharing this "chonker"! 🤓

I ordered one of these too. Its traveling very slowly from China but it’s in the US now. Hopefully the post people don’t want more of my journaling supplies. I’ve lost a few samples of ink in the mail system. Apparently they want to keep my washi tape too. Lol.
So much mail has been getting lost lately!
That cap looks pretty substantial ... how's the balance with it posted?
The cap is actually pretty light and the balance is good with it posted.
Can the nib be removed? Mine seems like it is stuck. The feed doesn't look flush against the bottom of the nib and it is scratchy as hell. A second one that I have is smooth so I'm wanting to remove the nib and feed and reseat them.
You can, but you have to pull the nib from the feed. You need to be careful but it can be done. I have a video on how to do it here: ua-cam.com/video/EZczxqn-x7w/v-deo.html
A pocket pen maybe if I was wearing cargo pants , lol , very cute pen though.
Did you mention that you have swapped nibs on other moonmen pens , what nibs would you suggest ?
Nibs from Goulet Pens are always good--but run very wet just FYI. I've also gotten good nibs from Franklin Christoph--their nibs always come with a whole unit though and therefore cost a little more. Any size 6 nib should work in this one.

Any size six nib should fit. My 2021 fountain pen favorites video from a couple weeks ago shows what I have in this moonman now😊

It's only available in the nib sizes F and EF

I think you can put any ink made for fountain pens in this pen.
