Pros, they have great amenities - gym, common areas, etc. If they have availability and if you pass their application, you can move in immediately. Also, they rarely ask for a security deposit. FYI, They're very seasonal with their rents so make sure you're not coming in at the high point. CONS - it's a bit like buying a car, they tell you the base rent which draws you in, then they start adding on; you'll need to pay extra for parking, pets, etc. Budget for about 250-300 more a month, then what you see advertized. The biggest con, they are really strict on the move-out fees. I've had clients pay 1200-1500 for the clean-up fees after they've moved out, and they left the unit in very good condition.
