Hi, I came across your channel and love your content. I've noticed that you haven't done Willingboro, NJ. I really think this would be a good location to check out. With the hike in property taxes, which has made buying homes less affordable. South Jersey does have lots of affordable houses with larger SQFT, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc, located in amazing communities and is just a skip away from Philadelphia, PA. I myself purchased my first home in Willingboro, which I have sinced sold, but I loved what Willingboro and its surrounding cities had to offer. I hope you check it out. 😀
