Really surprised this wasn't addressed here. The chocolate fondue at The Alps booth that they recommended is NOT plant based. Apparently, Disney promotional materials indicate that it is. They made a last minute ingredient swap, and didn't update the menu in time. If you have any allergies PLEASE double check with the cooks at the booths.
Excellent video as always. I'm just starting to wish that Disney would just make a shorter separate summer festival and trust their chefs to create new summery treats, so many of these are so heavy for those 90 degree high humidity days. Selling point "more festivals than seasons!" Anyway we always appreciate your reporting 😊
My family and I visited Epcot this week. I didn’t eat anything from Food and Wine Festival, most foods seemed too heavy for a hot summer day. I went to Les Halles, Regal Eagle Smokehouse, Norway, and Connections Cafe for meals/snacks
13:23 The Impossible Slider is my favorite of the festivals. I’m so glad it’s back this year. Also the Impossible Korean Short Ribs are a must for me. So happy they have plant based options.
A friendly word of warning for people that are new to Food and Wine that the booths often make pretty big batches and then pile them up and put them aside for guests. As a result, you might get some food that was made a while ago. We got the Yuca fries and they were served rock hard. The griddled cheese was also served to us with the cheese completely hard. As an additional warning, the raclette cheese turns into a rock approximately 8 to 10 seconds after being served to you. Just want people to be aware that this could happen to your orders and you might want to spend your money on different booths!
Agreed. We had the same issue with the raclette cheese and it wasn't very good once it wasn't melty. I didn't like the griddled cheese once it turned hard, but it was my daughter's favorite.
I actually prefer these videos on the Food and Wine Festival over being there 😂 with the heat and humidity, I lost my appetite when I attended a couple years ago. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely go after sundown!
We visited this week (end of July, beginning of August). Way too soon, I didn’t get anything from Food&Wine booths. We usually go in mid October but changed due to family members schedules
I’m definitely most excited to try the wings at Brew-Wing Labs at The Odyssey. I’m not a drinker but I am a foodie so I’m so ready. I’m always a meat and cheese lover and I love the good BBQ sauce on them too so learning from you guys always makes my next vacation better. Thank you as always AJ.
We only have one Disney day on our trip in August. My wife was going to eat in DHS. Started watching videos about food and wine. Started to make her list for eating here.
Hi, DFB Team! About how long would you guys say you stand in line for each booth? Trying to see how many I could realistically hit up for an hour or two.
Would you ever consider making a "best of the fest" video for vegetarians or other people with dietary restrictions? It's fun to watch your enthusiasm, but most of the recommendations don't seem to apply, lol
In general a vegetarian, and vegan, Disney food video would be great. I went to Disneyland/DCA this year and had some delicious vegan food - was totally impressed!
@@amdelphus909 I saw a thumbnail they did for a video like that, but didn't click on it. IIRC the title was something like "I was FORCED to eat like a vegan for a day". Obviously my experience isn't universal, but I don't have a lot of confidence in people who treat dietary restrictions like a punishment or challenge.
Great video with awesome tips. Just a single question: The Canadian Cheddar & Bacon Soup and The Canadian Filet Mignon are the same served at Le Cellier Steakhouse? TIA😊
Could you do a food video for the universal parks i dont know if is doable because of the focus of the channel but i had to ask anyway. Whatever it gets picked or not thank you for your videos
Does anyone know what time the be our guest show on spaceship earth is? Beauty and the beast is my favorite and I unfortunately missed it last year! Getting married at disneyworld in September and having my honeymoon there and would love to see it!
A surprising number of dishes with Boursin cheese. Wonder if Disney signed some sort of contract with them? Also, the food that is supposed to be hot looks cold, while the food that is supposed to be cold appears to be...melting.
Great video...but 90% of these items were from past festivals. These countries have so much to offer, Disney churning out the same dishes every year is just lazy.
Pickle shake is great I hate pickles even didn’t taste like pickles idk how they did it we tried it for ourselves we were so curious ad I love love love the pb nj wings
The adobo fries were a total salt bomb for me today. They went too heavy with the adobo seasoning. I definitely see how they could have been good with a lighter hand, but, alas, I couldn't eat more than a few.
I bought the guide and added my email in order to be able to download the Festival Map & Checklist. I was not able to download those files so I can print them out. Even signing up for emails did not generated these downloadable files. Can you please let me how to get them?
@@DFBGuide I already did that myself a few days ago and have also received nothing from your Support email. I tried a different email but also no downloads. I'm supposed to be there Monday.
@@DFBGuide And yes, I've checked spam filters. Support has not emailed me back since Thursday, and I have not received anything in either email I used for signup in case there was an issue with the provider.
That was such an unprofessional review. She literally said it "repulsed [her] internally", and they said she doesn't like seafood in general. Why have someone who doesn't like seafood review a seafood dish? Taking it with a grain of salt. Commenting here because DFB owns All Ears.

Yeah! It still feels weird to have Food and Wine start before fall!

I appreciate that you review all the food and not just the Instagramable, gimmicky items or new items. Thank you!
I actually prefer these videos on the Food and Wine Festival over being there 😂 with the heat and humidity, I lost my appetite when I attended a couple years ago. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely go after sundown!
I'd also recommend going in October or November

Would LOVE an updated video on the best vegetarian/plant based foods in Disney World! Everything's always changing so much!
Eat to the Best concerts is where my family and I WILL BE every summer, thanks for this info.

Woo! Another good video! This was a real journey through Epcot with you guys, loved it. Keep it up!
Can we all recognize that the manicure game was once again on point in this video? Well done
I had the Schinkennudeln last year for the 1st time and it was fabulous! So glad it's back!
The merch actually looks pretty nice this year. I hope they add more theming throughout the park because that's definitely lacking a bit
Hi, DFB Team! About how long would you guys say you stand in line for each booth? Trying to see how many I could realistically hit up for an hour or two.
Yall never disappoint. I knew you would have this helpful video ready. 😀
Yah, I’m going in October and can’t wait to eat some of the special food!!!!
Would you ever consider making a "best of the fest" video for vegetarians or other people with dietary restrictions? It's fun to watch your enthusiasm, but most of the recommendations don't seem to apply, lol
This
YES! I would watch the heck out of a “Best Options for Veg” video!
If interested, AllEars goes over plant based options in their video. They are the ones trying the food for this video.

11:30 totally unrelated but that man is so beautiful wtf
Yuca fries! The best!
Yep, I dream about that beef poutine! So yummy.
Is it me or does the portion size look smaller this year? I remember the tostadas being larger.
Smaller and more expensive
Where are the trays from?
I would love to know as well. They look like a good size.
Are there any other food trays other than the Encanto that are smaller sold at Disney? Just trynna see if they have a variety or options.
Do they have concerts for festival of the holidays?
Amazing that the best dishes at the festival are almost all beef dishes with a few randoms thrown in. Can we try for best of the fest in categories?
Any chance of a Keto Friendly food choices in Epcot?
Great video with awesome tips. Just a single question: The Canadian Cheddar & Bacon Soup and The Canadian Filet Mignon are the same served at Le Cellier Steakhouse? TIA😊
They are!
I’m super confused is dining plan starting this year or next? Your guide says their snack eligible?
Could you do a food video for the universal parks i dont know if is doable because of the focus of the channel but i had to ask anyway. Whatever it gets picked or not thank you for your videos
Molly at Mammoth club has some great videos for this :)
Thanks for the printouts!
I would try the pickle milkshake 😋
You can have mine.... 🙄
I need to head over. The heat and storms have been keeping me away since it opened.
Enjoyed the review , can’t wait to go …
How long do you think it takes to do all the food booths?
At least 4 hours because lots of walking
Bring a step tracker or watch that counts them, interesting to see how many miles you walk during the day
Does anyone know what time the be our guest show on spaceship earth is? Beauty and the beast is my favorite and I unfortunately missed it last year! Getting married at disneyworld in September and having my honeymoon there and would love to see it!
tried to download the free guide as mention in youtube, gave my email to sign up and no download happen. they want you to buy there other guides.
Disney food is so exquisite
Omg I need that pickle milkshake!!!!
A surprising number of dishes with Boursin cheese. Wonder if Disney signed some sort of contract with them? Also, the food that is supposed to be hot looks cold, while the food that is supposed to be cold appears to be...melting.
Looking forward to tbis, dont think its good idea to get full.and ride rides
Anyone else gett a little anxious and then applaud her when you see how steady the tray full of food is held as she walks? 10/10 balanced goods 👍
Is there wine at the food and wine fest?
What brand is the peach wine?
Trying to plan vacation so with someone else’s allergies in mind… videos help with this :)
Love your video and all of your suggestions. Question---does the apple strudle have raisins in it?
Great video...but 90% of these items were from past festivals. These countries have so much to offer, Disney churning out the same dishes every year is just lazy.
If you ate EVERYTHING at the Food and Wine Festival - there is no reason to go - there is nothing left for us.
What are the cards she scanned?
Pickle shake is great I hate pickles even didn’t taste like pickles idk how they did it we tried it for ourselves we were so curious ad I love love love the pb nj wings
Awesome video😊

What was the top 5 of the new items this year?
No love for the Kalua pulled pork slider? (I think that’s what it’s called, with the pineapple chutney)
The Hawaii booth wasn’t open yet. The DFB team always goes on the first day of the fest.
Bafflesm me how expensive it is when they want u to try as much as possible. Used to be possible to do wo going broke
Thats a v expensive single teriyaki bun
If I buy the pickle milkshake do I get to keep the glass?
I heard it’s plastic😢
Yum yum
Its MercyMe when Im there. Never heard of them but it seems tgey are a religious band... how fun
Did aunty AJ just tell me to spend $8 USD on ONE taco?!
I bought the guide and added my email in order to be able to download the Festival Map & Checklist. I was not able to download those files so I can print them out. Even signing up for emails did not generated these downloadable files. Can you please let me how to get them?
I've tried with two email addresses and got nothing myself. It seems like a bait-and-switch just to get the addresses at this point.
Interesting that France's tres fromage isn't included in Emile's Fromage Montage.
Right? I was shocked. I think it was last year? Maybe?
FIGMENT!!! Sorry! I’m sorry! I blacked out for a second!
Hello AJ …I signed up for the Epcot
Food & Wine food list and map and
it was not send to my email
??????

I wonder how much they spent lol…great video
"Paging Mr. Morrow"'s Nate just did a major round, buying all he could--it added up QUICK. Pick your faves and spend wisely.
Packing a tray seems so obvious but is lowkey genius 😂
Right! I’m currently scouring Amazon to find these for my upcoming trip!
Anyone here who’s familiar w DCA where can i eat breakfast there. Pyms breakfast food looks bad
We are going in October and I honestly cannot wait
Does anyone know if mobile order is available for any of these booths during this festival?
Yay!!!!
Any jews looking at the schinkennudeln and thinking noodle kugel
$7.50 for a chicken teriyaki steam bun? Especially when the hot beef sandwich is $6.25. I'm on board with that chocolate fondue though
First comment. Love these. Especially as now booked for 2024. 🙏🤞
Your channel helped me decide. Thank you.
Wait, the irish fish pie didn’t make the list? That’s ok. Saw Cassie choke it down on allear’s video. Nuff said.

I don't know how to feel when they left off my paneer with curry ketchup😢
Can future videos of food not feature a "zoom in and out" recording -- I was literally getting motion sickness 🤢
It felt a little like Dr Tongue’s 3D House of Pancakes.
Totally agree!
The griddle cheese needed salt and more honey - it didn’t taste like much of anything
Should I pass on it today?
Cassie seemed unimpressed with most of the booths this year. Hope they improve as the festival continues
It's pronounced "hoi seen"
I dont f with this festival anymore now its so expensive and the portions are tiny
The Baha Men? Glad I'm not going that week
It seems like you are getting less food for the same or more money.
Good Video but half way thru I have lost interest. Very little looks appetizing or special!
It would be nice to see your faces from time to time.. 🤷🏻♀️
So.. basically the same thing as the last few years. Rinse and repeat.
I can go to a Mexican restaurant and get 2 tostadas twice that size for the same price and would taste way better😂😂😂
