Absinth is undrinkable. Love your oil theory, I share it as long as we are talking about low power 4 stroke gasoline engines. Diesel with exhaust filters and high power engines is a different story. Oh and if you have wet clothes it needs the right oil too.
Yeh agree about cold oil drain, also the muck would have drooled down to the bottom end but additionally in that theory it would make sense to refill, run the engine fifteen minutes and drain again to rinse it, then add the final fresh litre, however I have said I don't understand why there is no oil flush pump and rinse gadget available to thoroughly pump through and out with a fine oil such as sunflower oil to rinse it right out, then, refill. You'd think someone would have invented that by now. 😂
Hey if you ever have the gas tank off the xr200 check the frame right by the back tank bolt on frame it’s under the front part of the seat the frame cracks in half under front seat bolt right under the extra part of the tank that the bolt goes thru you can’t see the cracks with tank bolted down till you take the tank bolt out and just lift the tank up a little you will see them if there is any at all it’s worth a check just so you know the frame don’t crack in half the motor bolts would still hold it together but could crack engine cases also if left busted No one had migwelders back then the 1980is a sweet bike there such time capsules they been in some videos movies these bikes still are epic every thing from the 70s and 80s was awesome it was before every thing went plastic

3rd (and best👍) alternative: run i warm to get the oil easy flowing and get all dirt/crap suspended in the oil and THEN let it drain for a long time.
