Also he was the common denominator in her cheating history, and he ends up being the only one she doesn't cheat on, or cheat with. I love how he broke up with Shane before he got with her, unlike Dean and Logan who are cheaters. She got on a bus, and went to go see him, and so he came back for her, and when she kisses him her heart was speaking for itself! 💕 I just wish she would have broken up with Dean though sooner. I think if the show continued, she would eventually see that it has always been Jess for her the whole time. It will just take her a while to figure it out like it took Lorelei so long to figure out Luke was the one for her, he waited for her like 9 years before Lorelei accepted her feelings for him, in a similar way it's taking Rory a long time to figure it out because she always thinks there's something else out there for her like Lorelei did, but if she is truly honest with herself her heart always goes back to Jess! ❤ She only listens to him too, and he helps her out when she is ay low points in her life, just like she did for him they inspire each other in many ways, he was the only one that truly broke her heart when he left like that, but also the one that loved her the very most. I wish she would have given him another chance instead of staying with Logan.

She may have still liked Dean but they had little to nothing in common while Jess and her had nearly everything in common. As far as books, music, and having their own lives. Watching Gilmore girls I hated Rory and jess and I was team Rory and Dean all the way and now rewatching theses I like them as much or even more than Rory and logan. This was shot on the WB lot. The subway stairs go nowhere. Rory is into Jess and you can easily see the Dean bracelet dangling. So , really, she was kind of cheating on him. I suppose she could justify it as a goodbye to her friend. But could have done that over a phone call.
It was clear to me that she was into him the moment she took a train to new york to see him. That wasn't just a "I miss my friend/you didn't say goodbye" kind of gesture.
