Hey! I was wondering if it there would be a way to create an exact (or at least very accurate) LUT of an analog film stock, maybe by working from analog shots of a color checker chart or something like this.
Hi Oleg Can you tell me please if 3dLUT Creator works with Win10? It does NOT work on any of my PCs. When I am opening ANY image it shows blank black screen. Thaank you
SLog curves in 3D LUT Creator implements Log->Linear equation from official sony papers. I didn't notice any black crushing. Can't say anything about Sony's LUTs, cause usually this kind of luts contain contrast curve and other beautifying corrections. Crushed blacks can be caused if something done incorrectly in workflow, like extended/legal range, Rec709 to sRGB conversion, adjustments before the LUT etc. You can send me the samples of your problem so I can check what's happening wrong...
If you're not in Russia your card will likely be declined until you call the number on the back of your card and confirm with their fraud department that the payment is legit. This happens to me any time I purchase something with my card that is not from my own country.

Why does the input log curve crush the blacks? The Slog LUTs by Sony have a normal curve without crushing the blacks.
