I own one, the only time it doesn’t smash your tone is if you have it bypassed. It’s useless as a live preamp for a working, gigging bassist. Maybe good for bedroom wanking! If you want to move some air and want your tone to punch then this pedal is not for you! If you want to pretend you’re a guitarist this is definitely your rig!
@@TheBakersdozen95 I don't know how to get an SVT sound without the real thing including the older ferrous magnet speaker cabinets that weigh a ton but also move a ton of air. The distortion (grit) in this pedal sounds like an afterthought. I hate the fact that you cannot turn off the grit AND have the amp modelling . And I swear almost every single bass preamp pedal video focuses on the distortion as though every bass player is a lead guitarist it's insane! High speed metal wanking might represent 5% of what real bassists actually do on the job.
Gosh! I want that bass!
Great pedal, insane price
What a real price? Internet said 400$
@@user-jo6vg7jm9u400
$400 is a lot. And the ‘$’ goes before the number. This isn’t Europe or Asia.
"this isnt europe or asia" , it's the internet... Some people might actually be from Europe or Asia!
@@Crodon the convention of $ before numeral is so long and widely established, the ignorance of foreign writers is no excuse.
Very cool!! When did this come out?
Very recently!
if you have to ask... you can't afford it
@@kanodogg how old are you? do you realise how dumb that logic sounds?
@@kanodoggt’s only $400, easily affordable compared to other ampeg gear
What song is that first bass line from? Sounded super cool
Walking on the moon the police
Preety bad ass
This pedal is great

I couldn‘t disagree more. For me it always delivers. If you want to use it as a peam, use the preamp out.
Ummm…. Call me crazy… but it sounds like crap. I’ll keep my LeBass by 2 Notes tube preamp.
It kinda does
Yikes a lot of background noise
Наконец-то Светов чем-то нормальным занялся
U should play metal
Should have used an mtd or fodera. Fender is overrated
