    Thank you so much in explaining how to take the train from Haneda Airport to Asakusa. It was very informative on how to read the sign. I feel a lot better since I will be going to Tokyo for the first time. If I found your video earlier, I would book the hotel that you had stayed. Thank you once again.

    Thanks for the detailed guidance including where to exit with elevators! Exactly what we needed! Coming to tokyo for the first time with my 6 months pregnant sister and a 2 yo toddler. It can be a bit stressful not knowing where to go after arriving to Haneda. Your video gave me great sense of relief and comfort. Thank you!

    I appreciate these how to videos very much. However, you don’t actually have to change trains in Shinagawa to go from Hanada to Asakusa. Certain Keikyu Airport trains go straight there. Check Google maps and it will tell you what train to look for. Also, in addition to the train and taxi, there is a “middle way” to get there: airport limousine bus. A few dollars more than the train but far cheaper than a taxi. And this might be better for some people if you need to take the train during rush hour. The bus will not be as crowded and the seats are a little bit more comfortable. And you’ll see more of Tokyo (but it might take a little bit longer than the train in traffic). But the buses don’t run as often as the train of course. So it really depends on timing.

    Sorry Paul, so the train goes direct from Haneda to Asakusa, no need to change trains at all?

    • @paul-akers
      @paul-akers  Рік тому +4

    Thanks for posting this!! Question...why did you opt for the blank IC card instead of named?

    • @paul-akers
      @paul-akers  Рік тому +1

      I chose the blank card because it’s less complicated. I didn’t have to put in all my contact details, including my birthday and deal and navigate to the Japanese language.

    Super helpful. One question , from Haneda airport to Asukasa, I don't need to change train at all? No chance this will go wrong? Looks like they are two different lines

    hi, just wondering is there any restrictions on luggage size on the keikyu line? because i was told that they do restrict you/ or require you to book a space for your bags on a shinkansen. thanks in advance for any info you may have on this. im also traveling with my toddler and a stroller. so just wondering where should i be storing them on the train.

    • @paul-akers
