Banger ass video gotta say.
Usually, I find it rather hard to value myself especially in a relationship. I think people who have this problem including me tend to think that in a relationship you should place your partner at the top of what you value. Which isn't inherently a bad thing in some cases, but usually people who think this tend to place their partner as their main/only priority. Keeping your partners thoughts and feelings above yours at all times. It really sucks when a lot of people get in relationships, they give up on themselves living kind of a parasocial thought process around your partner. It creates a rift where you stop caring about yourself maybe stop working out or eat progressively worse because all that matters is your partner.
Thats why valuing yourself is so important in those cases you become miserable only thinking about your partner, instead of trying to live your own life. I wish that people realize that in those situations.
That was a great explanation of it, definitely agree with you on the putting your partner above you it usually tends to be that way either 1 person puts the other higher than the other put themselves or in a rare occasion they both put each other on the pedestal making them feel like they can’t live without them.
Also a lot of issues we face tend to stim from adversity and trauma from childhood, especially trauma we aren’t aware of / don’t remember. I was thinking of making a video on it at some point but I just don’t know enough about the different types but I definitely see where you’re coming from with your comment, Thanks for sharing!!
I have a friend who really struggles to see his value. It's not about what he did, what he has, what he can do or how his personality is, it's just that he's human and every human has a value regardless of anything.
I wish one day he would realize that, but till then I will stay by his side
That’s good of you! Even if that friend doesn’t appreciate what you do for them just know it shows morale in your character, hopefully it works out for your friend!
Banger video really made me think about life. I've had this weird feeling for a while that i know i have a lot of friends but i don't really have friends. I always need to invite myself so i can hangout with people, really made me think of how i should have more respect for myself and search for people that genuinely want me there but also treat others with more respect and help those who are being disrespected. thank you
Glad this could help you man!! Sometimes it hard for us to realise things until we learn it the hard way, it’s difficult to incorporate things we learn from videos or other sources ir seems to be only adversity and human interactions that shape us, all I can say is continue to our yourself first see what happens if you stop in inviting yourself it’s a good way to see who really cares and who doesn’t.

I feel you so much man, I have had the situation with the friend group so many times. Being with a group of friends that only seem to be okay and fun to hang with only half of the time, and not having any other friends so your forced to be with them or alone. As time goes on, you start to understand that being alone is much better than hanging with a group of people that don't value or respect you. Learned that the hard way and I'm grateful. It's made me into the man I am today.
You should always analyse the way people act and behave around you, know when they are annoyed by you and know when they are comfortable around you. As much as it sucks, you have to adapt yourself when your around various people. I can be with my older and younger brother completely goofing around laughing at so many silly things but then not able to do that same stuff with friends. I may take a snap of me doing something really funny and only send it to my older and younger brother because I know my friends won't see or value it the same way my brothers would.
Just the way the world is, a lot of inconsiderate people that aren't aware of how much they are damaging others around them.
For sure man, totally understand what you mean here, a lot of us will not realise these things until we learn it the hard way it’s just one of those you have to lose it before you appreciate it things.
It’s good you have such a good bond with your brothers cause at the end of the day if you can be 100% yourself around someone then that’s something you don’t wanna lose, it is a shame a lot of people aren’t considerate of our actions but it is also are fault for letting there actions affect us so deeply but it honestly depends on the person, I appreciate the comment with your story!!
