  • This video is a virtual tour of the all new Jamper 2.0. At the end of the video I also announce that I will be selling Jampers to you guys if you want one. The cost starts at 600 bucks and materials costs about 100, the shipping is based on how much it weighs and how far it's going. Hope you like the video!

    NICE JOB! I watched both parts, and very cute pupper too! Whether you're making Jampers, Pajampers, or Jams, I think most of us find, we make the first one and think of all the things we could have added or done differently, and by the time you make a few of them, you've got it down pretty much. Either way, that's a sweet set up. Don't know where you're located, as far as shipping. At the moment I'm on the West Coast, but you've got a really cool product. I haven't figured out exactly how I want to do my sleeping quarters, but so far.. THIS IS COOL!
    I love the storage aspect of it when it's IN the Jeep! Plus room on top. IN under the rear window instead of against is perfect too, that would cut down on windchill for winter camping. Well I'm late to the party on this, I'll check your channel for updates. Stay blessed and prosperous and Keep On Jeepin! #OlllllllO

    Very interesting, what you have is a push out! I've tried every which way to solve the problem. The first bed/storage/platform was level with the tub rail, humungous storage but too little room underneath the bar.. I'm not a sardine and besides, not enough length.
    The 2nd attempt I lowered the base by 4", and flattened the seat making a 74" bed, plenty of room beneath the bar and lots of storage but it was only 12" high. Being 48" wide it could comfortably sleep 2, but no room for anything else. When I think I've finally figured it out, I find something I'm not happy with.. storing the bed cushions for instance. The best solution of all, buy a van! The rock and roll seat converts to a bed and there's room for everything! including my MC. 😊

    I see a lot of these "how to sleep in your Jeep" videos. I am just curious what the problem is with a regular ol' tent?

    Rather than having to pick it up to move it,I would set it up on some 200-500lbs Locking Slides,pull out and lock it in place and no need for the lower support!
    Also would have the side flaps on the inside!

    • @1obis6
      @1obis6  3 роки тому

      Yeah, I've always wanted to do slides, but I don't know if they have any long enough, and there's nowhere to mount them on the inside

    • @CJLane-62
      @CJLane-62 3 роки тому

      @@1obis6 you have a gap of about 2-4 inches on each side of the box by the looks of it,plenty of room to put a strip of wood and a slide with room to spare

    • @1obis6
      @1obis6  3 роки тому

      @@CJLane-62 yes I've thought of that, but then it wouldn't be strong enough to hold up the box without bolting everything down somehow. The whole point of the campers and sleeping platforms I build is all it takes it putting it in, no bolts or holes in your rig. I want the easiest thing. Obviously theres a ton of stuff you could do to make the jamper a seem less product, but this way all you have to do is chuck it in your jeep.

      @CJLane-62 3 роки тому

      @@1obis6 actually, if you put some 250 lbs slides on and it your feet going into the box,they will support the weight and they are really easy to disconnect the box so that you can take box out

      @@1obis6 I'm looking at doing your box on my slide system where are you currently located, because if I do it and it works well than I might bring you the upgraded plans
