Not really a Bucks fan but I always cheer for Giannis and Dame. Would love for them to win a chip or 2 together but the Doc Rivers hiring was clearly a mistake. They should have explored upgrading their roster around their 2 stars. Now they're stuck with another year of Doc (who is essentially living off his 2008 championship despite his teams consistently melting down in the playoffs)

If Khris was still a serviceable number two, there would be some wiggle room with this trade, but now that he's constantly injured and has lost a step, I'm afraid the window has closed for this Bucks team. The most likely scenario now is that Giannis asks out either this off season or the next.

Hey Stephen A. Hope you see this. I was one of the Dame fans that was happy for dame landing in this spot at the beginning of the season. To this day I believe as far as Dame is on the floor, I think there is still room for them to make adjustments to their schemes and roster for next season. I believe next season they’ll be more dangerous. As far as what you are saying about Dames off court situation, do you think it is still possible that some of the issues he’s dealing with are currently being worked through or can possibly be resolved during the off season? I get Milwaukee is not miama but I have a hard time buying that the main issue is the market or overall location because Dame seems like a pretty low key dude in the first place so as far as living in Milwaukee I figured he’d be fine as soon as he can take the time needed to figure out things off the court.
Doc has dealt with locker room issues since Orlando. If you listen to doc on the side lines over the years. Trust each other come on trust each other. The same thing in Milwaukee. Trust each other. That’s locker room.

You have criticised Dame harshly. He's experiencing a tough break due to his family. He will pull through. And I felt Adrian was the best coach for the team not Doc hence the down performance.
Unpopular opinion, but I have thought the same thing. We have to remember that Damian Lillard really wanted to go to Miami, and Portland refused to deal him there. Sometimes these franchises are salty about the fact that you’re leaving them, but since they still respect you as a player, they send you to a good location. They’re just not going to send you where you absolutely want to go because they’re kind of in a pissing match with you.
So, if we are all honest, with ourselves, we will realize that Damian Lillard did not want to go to Milwaukee, and it probably has something to do with the fact that, the chemistry of this Bucks team seems very off. I don’t think Damian Lillard is purposely not doing his best, but when your headspace isn’t where it needs to be, this is the type of thing that happens. It’s just really hard to go through physical motions when your mind is not in it.

LA, Miami and New York are the undisputed top 3. After that you can argue about the exact order but it’s cities with any combinations of: good weather/good taxes/big(ger) market/nightlife & food. So I’d say, in no exact order Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, San Francisco (bad taxes though), Phoenix and New Orleans/Philly/Orlando/Denver (take your pick out of these for #10. All of these cities rank above Milwaukee for sure. Milwaukee is cold, there is nothing to do and I’ve never heard anyone say “yeah go to Milwaukee, the food is so good there”.
I’d personally rather live in Charlotte, San Antonio and DC as well. Toronto too. It has a bad rep amongst black NBA players for not being in the USA but the city is of a higher caliber than Milwaukee
