KD is old, arguably past his prime but still a great player. But at 35 going on 36 you have at best 2 years with him. I wouldn’t make that trade unless you were make other moves to ensure a championship within 2 years.

Randle fits the dynamic of the Knicks better. Better defender, stronger, gritier, more hustler than KD. Even though KD is light years better Offensively, I dont think its worth getting rid of someone who fits the Knicks mold better than KD.
