If you want the stuttering to more or less stop, do this... Put game in windowed full screen, set fps limit to 60, and vsync off. Mine runs flawlessly with those items set like that
Honestly I don't know why people buy games on launch. Every single game that is launched today launches with problems that are only fixed 1 year later.
You do know bad sales mean game might get dropped and wont be fixed later on? Sacrifices need to be made but you’re right games get shipped 60-70% finished nowadays.

Not true at all. Over the last year or so I've bought Dead Space Remake, RE4 Remake, Lies of P, Armored Core 6, Alan Wake 2, Spider-Man 2, and Stellar Blade at launch. All were great. And that's just the AAA games, not including indie games, which are far more consistent about releasing in a more finished state. Not to say there aren't games that launch in a bad state, but to say that ALL of them do, nah that's just not true.

Watch some AngryJoe videos to learn how to properly interact and engage with an audience, set up a decent script with talking points. You have a good voice for it, but contentwise this was lackluster.
