I replay this all the time. Loved Minerva's Den also. I even modded the Remastered edition for better textures. This is the best Bioshock regardless of what others think 😁
i like your style a lot. thank you for putting so much work into this video. i will definitely be looking into the rest of your videos, very good work.
Great vid! I really enjoyed the plot discussion. Maybe you could make separate (short?) videos for some games that you review just for the story analysis? I don't know, I'm just dropping ideas
If you want more underwater schenanigans, crypto bros, Alan Turning, convoluted boobytraps (literal and legal), and philosophical conflict about the limits, duties and rights of individuals, consider picking up Neal Stephenson's 'Cryptonomicon'. It's one of my favorites. I enjoyed the 2/3rds of the video I could watch without spoiling anything. I'll come back later if I ever play through the game to check out the rest.
LMAO I had a feeling you were about to recc Neal Stephenson’s Cryptonomicon the second you mentioned crypto bros. Thanks for the recc, the only book of his I read is The Diamond Age. I loved it. And thanks for sticking around for the spoiler free parts, I’m sorry you had to tune out due to the spoilers! :(
I honestly think the little sister mechanic is why this game is disliked. I think Yahtzee (?) put it best at the time - "Remember that most annoying escort part of the first game? We made that the entirety of the sequel". Otherwise the game is great but those little sister splicer wave events... oh man those were not great...
I respect ur opinion, and it seems a lot of people share it larely, but for my money bioshock 2 is the worst game in the franchise.. that’s not to say it’s bad, just not as good as the 2 legends it sits in between
I get where you’re coming from. I’m the in the “Infinite is the worst camp”. I dislike how they tied Infinite’s DLC with the original, I feel like it kinda dilutes Bioshock 1s story
bioshock 1 is better for the fact that i am able to play the game , i got all the way to the end of bioshock 2 and it just would not work , every door was unopenable , every enemy infinite hp , im not even kidding my game just broke. wouldve been fine if the game would work like a game intended.
Always warms my heart to see the love that Bioshock 2 gets. Help spread the word.
Bioshock 2 was nuts especially when you unlocked the drill dash an go against the alpha series

@@thesummerofmark I'm very jealous ;)
Very very very vvvvvvv nice video!
all of the bioshock games are old now (in gaming's time), it's wonderful to still see them get love

BioShock 2 will and always be my favorite one of the BioShock series👍
This take is both reasonable and spicy.
Minervas den is hands down the best bioshock of all
Bioshock 2 DLC*

OHHHHH BADA BING
I have always thought the same
I agree. Bioshock 2 is the best in the series.
Aww fuck yes
I certainly think that Bioshock 2 is just fine. Maybe not "the best" but I found it very enjoyable and it had a meritable story.
Por fin alguien lo admite
Aurghh that quest arrow in the intro is really taunting me, I agree though BS2 was the best Bioshock
