There are some valid reasons for this question, such as in the context of why the ex-president will finally receive justice for confiscating public documents after all the unsavory and criminal acts, but in this case, don't you think that it's a quite different situation when a fellow student was involved in questionable activities wherein the matter was not officially decided? This lawyer could get sued for libel, or lynched, or set-upon by the deviousness of the killer. If I were to announce or tell everyone about the crimes of people that I went to school with, people would stay away from me, or write about me in Enquirer magazine, or I'd be involved in a lot of legal fees. This is an issue here in the USA with its open society.
