Got to be careful with your drone on Dartmoor they are very strict with you using them because of military bases. I have known people who have had drones mysteriously fail and go down
Absolutely lovely location. Here in Maine, USA it's 14* F, bright sun, blue sky, and a few inches of snow from yesterday's light storm. We're expecting another 2 ft of snow this weekend, and watching this video makes me feel warm and comfy, because you still have so much green grass and NO snow. LOL As always, fun to watch.
Love this! Found your channel months back and I’m working on catching up on all past videos. Nowadays I watch more UA-cam than regular TV and you’re my most watched channel. I have the same main interests I follow on UA-cam and IG: Camping/Bushcraft and everything “old” lol-i.e. history documentaries, treasure hunters (metal detecting & mudlarking) and antiques. 3/4 of what I watch from all of the above comes from the UK-it’s a bit of an obsession. The places you often camp like this one-are majestic and ancient. Here in the US I often bring my metal detector when camping if I can drive my jeep up. Sometimes there’s plenty of surface finds or unmarked ruins too. Considering the UK is thick with thousands of layers of history under your feet, my question is-have you ever found artifacts or other interesting things while camping?
It’s a lovely place I’ve been there a few times... Love the bird song the robins and crows..creates such ambience...there’s something about theses place that gives off a inner calm, the rocks and grassy knolls. Thanks Kent.
You all in England crack me up when you talk about below zero being cold. I'm used to Fahrenheit, currently at my house in Celsius it's -13 and it's not even cold yet. Guess it's just what you're used to. Of course I do kind of freak the people out around here cuz I run around all winter in shorts, unless I'm shoveling snow. But I do like your vids.
I should imagine if Trev and Nath from summit or nothing see this they would be seething with envy with the idyllic windless and rainless time you have had, nice video.lovely camera work 👍
Oh my goodness hi Andy I just happened to turn the sun and there you are I can’t wait to see what’s going on. Always a pleasure this is Meg from upstate New York
Another enjoyable wild camping video Andy. Keep asking for likes and comments at the end, you make great content and deserve the rewards for your enthusiasm.
I saved watching this for just the right moment, what a great little film, i have the urge to go camping again soon but i need it to be warmer, my old bones are not so good in the cold. thanks for the film Andy
Absolutely gorgeous camping spot! I really enjoyed the change of scenery and the walking action! I hope to see more “off location” videos such as this one in the future! Greetings from Québec!
Thank you for this mate 👍🏻 it's an absolute pleasure watching, I'm not jealous, but a little envious 😂 only because I'm not physically able to do such things. But thank you massively for taking me with even if it's through the lens.
Andy. Thanks for sharing great film footage. I have lived right on the doorstep of Dartmoor all my life and only in the last couple of years started to really appreciate the place. Have been to that breakfast spot of yours tail end of last summer and yes it is absolutely beautiful thanks again Pete
Great to see you back on Dartmoor I really enjoyed this nice and relaxing pluss you had great weather for it. That's a great area but unfortunately too busy with people 😁👍
That Scenery is Amazing! It Was -8 degrees Fahrenheit this morning!-17 with wind chill factor in Pgh, Pennsylvania! Thanks for taking the time to let us escape our boredom! Keep it Up!
That's a heck of a drive from Kent to Dartmoor, you must have set off pretty darn early! Looks beautiful there, I was expecting it to be a lot more boggy

Those fuzzy horses are cute
I would gladly move across the ocean to be able to visit Dartmoor every day.
I LIKE the sense of enclosure provided by the rock formations and the closely cropped green grass.
I agree James, plus helps if the wind picks up :) I love this place
