Hi Ria, I want to make a comment about the fish pipe and dhalpuri First off, all when making the do When making the Doball for the dhalpuri roti make all same size. And also the fish pipe boball you don't have to roll it with the rolling pin. Just open it to fit in the palm off your hand. And it became very easy to pinchipped.😊 I hope this should be of some help to you
I followed this and made them this morning and the bowl technique really helped😅. We call it matar puri/matar paratha in India with a few additional spices like jeera etc.
