Ok, random story- a couple weeks ago I took my dad to his podiatrist appt. and as I’m in the waiting room, I notice signs on the walls, excitedly advertising this *”BRAND NEW AND REVOLUTIONARY TEMPORARY SYNTHETIC TOENAILS”* service they now offered!! So I look at the pamphlet on it….and I sh•t you not-it’s literally this exact same thing!!! They’re doing “brand *NEW,* and revolutionary temporary synthetic nails,” with poly gel and a dual form (not even any color)….at like a 10,000x price markup!! It just made me chuckle and think *”way to go medical foot community! You’re only like…a decade behind nail techs on “discovering” this!”* 🤣💖
My favorite part is when the dual form is popped off. I do this to my nails now that I've learned from you and it is the easiest thing ever. The most challenging part is removing the polygel after about 1-2 months. But i just watched your video on how to remove & i plan to try your removal technique.
You are a toenail angel!! My Hawaiian vacation was fantastic, my new Polygel toenails with Gel polish made it through the sun and surf and look great!!! thank you so much for this magical fix!!!! only question is do they make dual forms that are larger than size 0 ? i have large feet and the nails are larger.
You do a great job with these! I’m considering having my big toenails removed… I have constant pain in them and I’ve tried so many treatments that have been unsuccessful… I’d rather take them off me be done with it
Thank you . Honestly , I have no regrets at all having mine removed . Yeah , it was a little painful to heal , but it heals fast . I’m happy to make myself pretty toenails .
If you get them removed , after they are healed start wearing artificial nails . Because you don’t want your nail bed to shrink up and be little . If it does , the nails won’t stick well .
helloo..i love these videos as one of my big toes has always made me insecure due to it being quite small from fungal infection..these dual forms look great and i saw you said to email you about them but im British..would they take long to ship here?
Maybe you could show an example of a toe nail that was injured but still grows. I have this problem. It growths thin and thick. It finally broke off and a small piece is left. The problem is to fit the form so as to create a nail: thin on top of the nail but wide and long like a regular nail. What you do looks easy in comparison to what I go thru.
Is your nailbeds shrunk up or is there an indentation like mine ? If they shrunk it’s hard to get nails to stay on . One should start wearing nails as soon as the nailbed heals from the toenail removal .
@@Denisejohn65NailEd there is an indention. I started wearing artificial nails when it healed. They'd stay on for a few days which is why I decided to try the gel nails. Lost the toenail due to injury about 10 years ago
Are you using polygel , builder gel or acrylic ? Builder gels won’t stay as long …. At least they don’t for me . I like polygel . I have a whole playlist of toenails videos which might help you .
I tried doing this already . & the poly gel was super sticky almost kinda gooey . Any tips on how to avoid poly gel to be sticky ?? Was it because i didn’t have enough poly gel ?
It’s probably the brand of polygel . Polygel isn’t suppose to be that sticky . You should order Born Pretty polygel . It looks so natural when it's finished Denise you'd never know that your toenail is missing xo 💜
That’s my idea …. Going for a real natural look . Thank you . Stay well !

I actually had a podiatrist message me once . Probably the same one . Where was this at ?
@@Denisejohn65NailEd sorry for the long reply!
It’s in Nevada ☺️
I just saw this . Yep , the make up
Is ridiculous !
Thank you so much for this. I can actually have nails on my big toes now. I loved this and it looked easy enough for me to do.
It's not easy!

I don’t ship internationally , my apologies .
Hi, did you apply the base gel onto the big toe before applying the polygel
Yes
Do you have any other bond recommendations? Can’t seem to find the opi
Did you check eBay ? You can do a search on Google . Any bonder will work . Which ever you like .
Wow ilov it
Thank you 😊
Hi I have just had my toe nails removed 1 full removed and 1 half. Would it be possible to rebuild the half nail using poly gel ?
Thank you
Of course !
Let them heal then Start putting nails on . You don’t want the nail beds to shrink , because the nails won’t stay on good .
@@Denisejohn65NailEd why doesn't the toe nail grow back?
Where do I get this kit you have?
Sold out . I have a few other things . You can email at denisejohn65@gmail.com
What’s your personal best to do your toenail - polygel, acrylic, builder ect?
Polygel
Could this be used if you have part of a nail still attached?
Oh yes , for sure .
Thank you!
Good luck !

You have to file all the nail that’s left down very thin . As thin as you can without it hurting . Then you can build a nail on top of it .
I have followed and watched many of your videos. The nail does not seem to stay on more than a day especially if it gets wet. What am I doing wrong?

@@Denisejohn65NailEd I've been. Using polygel as recommended
Mine always come out too thick even though I feel it’s not a lot of poly gel
Just try using a smaller bead . Concentrate of making them thin .
If you need to , you can make another layer right over it using the form .
I sent you an email about 2-3 months ago to purchase the dual form and you never answered me.
Really ? I must have missed it . My apologies … please send it again and tell me who to look for ?
@@Denisejohn65NailEd I will, thank you. Email would be the same first and last name.

I know you've said you don't do this for people but do some places?
I don’t …. Sorry
I cleaned up the sides, but the form would not come off.
Did you use a actual dual form ?
😍😍😍😍😍👌🙏🏽
Why didn't her toe nail grow back?
Because it was removed permanently by the podiatrist .
