  • I LOST MY BABY FAT IN 10 DAYS! And this is how I did it!
    What's up my loves! My secrets are out! This is how I got my SNAP BACK so quickly after giving birth to Baby Ruby. I shed that baby fat so fast, people could not tell I was ever pregnant LOL In this video I tell you about using ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar), the Beyonce Diet, and the BEST exercises for a flat tummy! It worked for me!!! BUT! If you are breast-feeding BE VERY CAREFUL - talk to your doctor first!!!
    Weight loss and fitness are never easy. After bringing life, our body needs time, effort, but especially CONSISTENCY to be back in its best shape! Of course your priority as a mother is to give the best care to your newborn and enjoy the first days because it goes by FAST! Love to you Mommy and to your beautiful baby!     this is quite timely, thx for sharing! 2 Qs:
    1) how soon after giving birth did u start to exercise?
    2) re: Beyonce diet - was it all u consumed during the day?
    and 3rd question I lied 🙈😊, if u were breastfeeding, did u find the diet and the cider vinegar drink were sustaining enough?

      Thx for your questions Nathalie! 1) I started exercising after about 1-1/2 months, very easy, non-straining workouts -- a lot of long walks and jumping jacks/dancing at home with baby 😅 lol 2) Yes! the spicy lemonade mix is ALL you drink for 10 days, no food!! Of course all the water you want. I suggest coconut water for electrolytes. 3) I was not breastfeeding (unfortunately). So if you are, I would not recommend it!! Baby needs all the nutrients you can give so I would resort to superfoods dieting (nutrient dense foods, NO fried food/white sugar/processed foods) and exercises alone.

    So when I was drinking lemon juice my milk started drying up you didn't mention if your breastfeeding that's kind of important right after you have a baby not losing weight.

      I wouldn’t advice doing this for breastfeeding mums, you should wait till your not breastfeeding.

      That's a good point! Actually, breastfeeding didn't work out for me with my first child. Hopefully next time if I'm blessed with more children xox

      So the original method is 10 days - Some do it for longer. I did it for 10 and that was all I could handle lol. Stay hydrated!! Coconut water throughout the day will help xo
