UPDATE: I followed this with my boyfriend it's been a month now, He lost around 8kg and I lost around 10kg, the key here is to be persistent and stuff, at first you don't feel like you lose any weight at all but just keep doing it and you can see the results! We went to do some home workouts at least 3 times a week to speed up our weightloss and ofcourse the diet and water drinking is super essential to reaching your goal, starving yourself tho is never an option, just let your body lose the weight step by step!

Never get rid of carbs from your diet. The best diet to go on is one where all food groups are covered. The best thing to do is eat smaller portions, less processed foods and cut down on sugar. You don’t need to cut sugar out though, your allowed treats!!!
Be in a caloric deficite, eat more protein to feel fuller, eat less carbs, and if, out of vegetables and Fruits. Not that hard, exercise will speed it up and make it easier.

One year ago today I had a big belly pouch, that I hated, I wanted it gone and for good. I started with this video, then started doing exercises, and recently started a keto diet. Today I now have a flat tummy, and know I’m on my way to getting bulky. I would have never got were I am without bright side. Thank you❤️
