Thank you for this video!!! I knew there was an issue with the mixing valve & y'all saved us from replacing a perfectly fine valve. It just needed to be reset. Bravo!
On the new style mixing valve (red cap) is there a "too far" where you could accidentally flood the camper or does it have a "stop" built in to prevent that from happening? When you were looking at the valve from inside the camper, the valve was opened a whole lot further than the one you used as your close up example. I would like to get maximum hot water but certainly don't want to flood the camper in the process.
The new mixing valve will not allow you to go too far, so you do not need to worry about accidentally flooding the camper. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to tech@nucamprv.com.
