Are you running a spacer behind the single speed kit? I’ve got the xd kit and the chain tensioner and even without all of the small spacers the cog doesn’t line up with the jockey wheels
Hey jw_biking, yes, because our Hub has a Sram XDR freehub. If you want to install a component on an XDR that is actually intended for the XD freewheel, you need this 1.85 mm spacer. If you have a normal XD freehub, you do not actually need this. Cheers, Sascha
I had this exact problem, I have a hope 148 rear hub which was converted to boost (+3mm spacers on each side) which threw the alignment out. I got the machine shop at work to mill 3mm off the tensioner and now its sweet. A bit late but hope this helps.

If you took your bike to the bike shop and asked them to check this for you, then we can tell you which one. Alternatively send us a picture of the cassette / hub on your bike at the moment as an Instagram message and we’ll come back to you.
You mean a tensioner? Because thats not a derailleur thats a tensioner (The chain can get loose and receive slack but a tensioner gives the right amount of tension to the chain to function properly)
With a full suspension bike, which affects the chain length under compression, you need a tensioner to stop the chain flapping around/coming off. On a hardtail, there's no need to add a tensioner.
Only trouble is they are stupidly expensive but I'll still get one lol

Thank you for clarifying that. I thought it must of had a front derailer then I read what you said!
But that's not a derailleur...
You can see the internally geared hub there, it's not a single speed
