I remember this trip. And other earlier vids. HA! I didn't raise you to be snake shy. Like dad is😅 Skinks are great. As are all of nature sounds and sights😊 " Look how far you've come Master Chad, my son!" You have improved and I am proud o❤❤❤❤ Keep them coming!
I was trying to figure out whether I'd let you guys see this one! Apparently I wasn't too embarrassed by it, haha. I'm not sure why those lizards had me so jumpy that day. Maybe it was the ghost story 😉 I'll keep them coming as long as I can. Thanks Mom ❤
I know this had to be a labor of love to sit through another viewing of this video, but I am very grateful you did so! I actually learned a lot from this running commentary on your scope and vision during your trips and how you go about crafting shot selection, and overall motivations behind making videos in general. I definitely vote in favor of bringing some more hidden BTC footage from the vault for you to react to, as well as another shot by shot walkthrough of an early BTC episode. I also especially look forward to another Maine style video where you talked to the camera a lot and did it really successfully, imo. Congrats again on the 1K, brother! Very proud of you as a creator and more importantly as a friend. Now, let’s never watch this video again, and look forward to all the great content we have in store for the future! 😂
Thanks, brother! I'm glad SOMEONE enjoyed this thing 😂 Honestly, I'm glad you asked me to do this because I enjoyed making it (once I figured out the software, that is...). If I can figure out a way to improve the audio and video quality, I'd like to do another one. It turns out I have a lot to say about my own videos, hahaha. I did end up finding the original file for this video, along with all the original footage and some other unused footage from other trips. So I could do a commentary on them, or on another old video. Both sound like fun! It's interesting: I've also learned a lot just by re-watching my videos and taking note of what I liked and what I didn't. In the case of this video, mostly what I didn't. This video does have me thinking about doing another one where I talk to the camera. A road trip to the southwest would be the ideal trip for it, but that might be a couple years away, haha. I do have another idea, though... Thanks again for all the support and friendship over the last few years. I couldn't have done it without you. Hey, we should do a Trail Tribe trip to Zaleski one day so I can redeem myself! 😁

Ahhhh...the trusty Kelty! Storm proof!
Storm proof but not drunk proof 🙄
You had the makings of an awesome ramen bomb if you needed. I laughed out loud when I saw the spam!
I thought of you when I saw that Spam! Now Samuel knows my dirty secrets!

Thank you Mike!
I hope this goes viral 😅
With all these comments, it might! 😝
Aww baby Chad.
It's been a rough six years, apparently 😅
You and old faithful look so young 😂
We both had less rust and more hair back then.

Your outro! 😂😂😂
I should start using that outro on every video, hahaha.

So....tell me how you feel about talking head videos....😅
Shots fired! 🤣 I probably came off more antagonistic than I intended, haha. I was mostly talking about my own talking head.
FIRST!!!
How did you post this before the video was even made public?!?!
UA-cam magic! I got the notification as soon as you texted us!
