I've actually been trying to do this myself, but I can't get past Turn 6. 😭
If you want I can tell you my strategy. If all goes well it defeats Sans by Turn 9. (One less than you)

Makes sense. My strategy is a little different because it revolves around using Red Buster to deal damage rather than Iceshock and the Clean Pan. It still takes the same amount of turns as yours would've taken if you landed all your hits perfectly. It's a really fun attack to watch, but I don't trust myself to be able to beat it consistently! 😂

It's the frying pan (you get it from going on the genocide route in section 2)

Just use Rude buster and Ice shock (the spells that Susie and Noelle are able to use in this fight) interchangeably that should help you to defeat him though it will require some TP.
And also equip Noelle with Ice popsicle that Sans gives you before the fight so she will deal more damage while Ice shock is unavailable (for whatever reasons like when you lack TP) for extra damage in between.
