Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a real-time strategy video game by Westwood Pacific, which was released for Microsoft Windows on October 23, 2000 as the follow-up to Command & Conquer: Red Alert. Red Alert 2 picks up at the conclusion of the Allied campaign of the first game. Its expansion is Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge.
Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 contains two playable factions, the Soviets and the Allies, which both previously appeared in Command & Conquer: Red Alert. The single player campaign is structured in an alternate-ending mode as opposed to a progressive story mode. Red Alert 2 was a commercial and critical success, receiving an 86% from GameRankings.

In all my years of playing RA2/YR i've NEVER seen the AI build nuclear reactors or repair depots in skirmish. Is your version patched? Or does it have to do with this map, it allows AI to build those?

@zoom3000 what PC setup do you use? I have windows 10 and I have heard it has compatibility issues with the C&C ultimate collection.
if you played the original game yeah you going to fix black screen issue.. but if you are playing it on cncnet.org app no problem on win 10

This map have some mods.
In it original version, you need caputre some superweapons scattered around, and thats why you cant build them.
But its just in this map.
