    This was actually good. I started as a residential agent in 2015 then switched to commercial in 2019 and never looked back. Now I work in CRE finance which has taught me sooooo much. I can tell you put a lot of work into making the presentation as simple as possible for folks. Great job!

    Work with the seller, because they want to sell the property, all depending on it’s rezoning approval, that is so good advice and so will said..

    So enjoyed the reflection on your history, you climbing the ladder of success, just taking in your thoughts of now being the best time to invest, do not waste time in being passive, now is the time figure it out now, being alive today, so true.. Nothing like driving, being in control of your own destiny..

    Hey Tyler, great stuff!! Do NNN leases traditionally have lower rents considering Tennant is paying all expenses? Also, is there a way to 1031 residential multi fam in order to buy commercial?

      They can but not always - just depends on the specific market you’re in. You can 1031 from any investment real estate into other investment real estate - fortunately it doesn’t matter the type so you’re good to go
