This is actually one of my fave songs by any band. It's so complex, epic, and riffy-classic DH. The main riff is absolutely hypnotic as is the one that kicks in at 2:36 or so.

seen them support megadeth a few years ago in glasgow! they were awesome! dunno if it was the original line up like, but they sure kicked ass! :)
The original were all last together when they perfomed Am I Evil? and Helpless with Metallica in Birmingham in 1992.

The Jameson Raid Cd IS happening, trust me! Should be out this year. And to the three pillocks who gave me a thumbs down, I think Diamond Head were great - but at least they have had a bit of belated respect, have some for the guys who haven't been so lucky...

This was a promo video recorded at an empty birmingham odeon theatre to see what they looked like live....they were much better than that

Yeah, did they clip it for the video or did the poster clip it? I am a big DH fan, and I never knew they made videos or have seen any lie footage of them until now.

Because this is labelled wrong. It wasn't OGWT hence the mime. It was a cheapy late at night broadcast. I remember watching it when originally went out thinking it was pants. Diamond Head where so much better than this. I remember seeing then supporting April Wine at Manny Apollo blowing the main act off stage, getting the plug pulled at the end of Am I evil? Then due to the aggressive response of the crowd being told to get back out and play an encore. Happy days should have been huge.

Not sure if DH were *the best* NWOBHM band "not to get the credit they deserved". They were actually very lucky to have a sponser in Lars Ulrich who helped them get some exposure and save them from obscurity. There were many other bands from that era who were really fantastic but got no credit whatsoever - and often no recording contract! Alas not many people remember bands like Limelight, Red Alert, Jameson Raid, Xero, all of whom could kick serious bottom. At least we have some legacy of DH...
