meex Amillion with my game room, nothing like this but with just 7 consoles and 300 games it gets hard. but what I do is depends on my mood. if I wanna have a good session of games I’ll play Zelda, Skyrim or an rpg. if I want to play short sessions I’ll throw on smash 64, crash team racing or even simpsons hit and run. Just depends on my mood
It's been like 20yrs plus since I've heard one of those hockey games. Talk about a walk down memory lane. The only nearby arcade had one and my sister and i used to play it all the time. Awesome collection, just found the channel and have been checking out the tours over the years and you've came a long way and done a great job displaying it all with the space you have.
Beautiful collection but to say it's all "FREE" is really delusional. That's at least $100 grand worth of gaming right there. Sure you didn't pay full retail for everything but common man.
Nothing’s “free”. Gas and travel time even. Shipping items etc. he might still be in the green buts he’s def had to throw in money and time to this type of collection. It is nice though.
Here is a list of the doubles. (my original copies ended up being free through the same process) MarioKart, Super Paper mario, Wii Sports, Wii Play, Lego Indiana Jones, Jak 2, Jak 3, Okami, Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, Sly 2, Sonic mega Collection Plus, Metal Gear 2, Final Fantasy 8, Escape From Monkey Island, (I now have the box, etc,) Deus Ex. I could sell those for around $140, which would give me a $65 profit. (I'm not counting the $5.50 I spent on Train transportation) The rest of the games/cd's will end up being free.
@@tsmith4719 First of all, it's not thousands. I often find $100-$300 worth for only $50-$100. Second, have you even seen any of his garage sale videos? Come to think of it, even if you were to see them, you would just say that they are staged or something. You probably think that the hundreds of UA-camrs who make garage sale/flea market videos are all part of some kind of global conspiracy or something.
Seems a bit strange because around the 13 minute mark u can see clearly a wall with a door and daylight behind it. How is that possible in a "basement"?
sorry to be so off topic but does someone know a tool to get back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot the password. I would love any assistance you can give me
It must give a great feeling every time you go into your basement. I have been watching your videos for 3 years and still enjoy your content. Wish you all the best for 2019, greets from The Netherlands.
I have 2 questions for you @SeeJayAre 1. How do you manage to keep it clean with kids? 2. How do you manage dust? Are you dusting weekly? Looks amazingly clean! Thank you for sharing your Game Room with us!
I wish a had as much room as you do in your basement. I have very limited space to store games on display, I find I only keep games I know for sure I will play one day and sell the rest I come across at garage sales.
One of the best game rooms out there, Where do you get the game shelving, it looks just the right size/depth, a lot of units out there are too deep. And is it really a basement if it's not below ground?
RageAgainstTheToyMachine already subbed to last Gamer! This room packs a lot in but it’s well organised, and he says it was all basically free through garage sale buying, so it’s an impressive achievement.
Thank you for sharing. Every year your room gets better and better!! Merry Christmas and hopefully you are having a great time and enjoying the warm weather of Florida!!!
What a nice game room only gets better. Let me tell you i'm from Toronto and things are scarce here and i wouldn't be surprised if i have the biggest collection in Toronto but you must have one of if not the biggest nicest collection in Canada. I been watching for some time and some crazy finds man
I think your game room is pretty awesome and I love how much space you have, but I can guarantee you I've spent less, if we were to go back to a time when I had 5,500+ games and 100+ consoles. In any case, I'd LOVE to hear what you've spent, or at least an average. I've kept 90+% of my receipts for all of the 11,400+ games, 312 consoles and 34 complete libraries. So we can definitely go from there.
I look forward to this video every year. Incredible presentation and organization! This is on my bucket list to have a game room like this someday. I should probably rethink my life goals at some point. Nah....
Garage sales aren't a common thing in my country so I'm always depended on events or ebay and when I'm lucky I find something in a second hand shop. Finding physical bundles for a good price is pretty much rare for me
What an amazing tour, and to think that it is all from garage sales! Awesome story, and it's great to hear that it also brings the family together. Thanks for the vid.
You know how I know you're Canadian? You said "I shop in summer, and play in the WINTER months." Haha, as someone from Michigan, I understand the lack of four seasons. Thanks for letting us in. Cheers and Merry Christmas!
I got a pretty good collection now and learned from you to make it not only free, but make additional money/income from flipping doubles, games I don't want/play as well as other items at garage sales. I keep a spreadsheet of everything I buy and sell the past 2 years I really started collecting. At first you put in a lot of money without getting money back because everything you get goes into the collection, but particularly this second year you start to get more and more doubles and you also start to pair down the collection of stuff you were on the fence keeping and now need more room. Do you custom build your shelving or just Ikea billys?
Pretty nice game room. I have an awesome game room myself. I play in my bedroom, with 40 SNES games in cardboard boxes, and I sit on a chair that's falling apart
TI 99/4A oh my god, Jay! That’s where it all started for me when I was like 13 years old. Then moved onto Commodore 64. You can’t get rid of those - that’s where it all began lol. Great work, Jay. Keep up the fun videos. From a fellow (Ottawa) Team Canadian - Seasons Greetings!
I've never wanted kids, but I can really appreciate what you've done with this collection and sharing it with your family. That's so great! Those kids are so damn lucky. They have no idea, lol.
I love the Gameboy Storage, but it's a shame you can't see the covers of the games. I used to store my GB/GBC/GBA games in plastic sheets made for trading cards like Pokémon etc. It was easy to flip between and looked great, but your version looks a bit more grand.
I've been following your channel for years and its always a pleasure to see a new room tour from you! My my things have grown (and space is getting tight)! Also LOL @ the vectrex game titled RIP OFF. Now I am curious if that game is bad... if so, that is hilarious. Also, if you are worried about sun-fading, you could consider either some Roc-lon blackout fabric (really good stuff at a reasonable price) or some UV resistant film. You should also rip out the clock capacitors from your OG Xbox consoles before they leak (if you already have not). God bless you and your family! : )
I respect your opinion Sir but just looking at some in my collection I would have to say these are great games! Zelda Ocarina of time, Zelda Majoras Mask, Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Conkers BFD, Donkey Kong, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Jet force Jemini, Snowboard kids, Diddy Kong racing, Mario Kart, Mario 64, Paper Mario, Mario Party 2, Super Smash Bros, Mystical Ninja, Pokemon Stadium, Quake 2, Star Wars episode 1 racer, Glover. P.S Great room tour!
Do you like slim consoles better generally as a collector or OG phat ones? I like the nostalgia of the OG phat but feel like the slim tends to be more reliable in the long run. =\
Dude id say my whole country doesnt have so many retro stuff and you picked them up at garage sales, thats sick 😁 wish you a nice holidays, greetings from Slovakia 👍
Not gonna hate , It is indeed a nice collection ! I would most likely do the same if I had the resources .. ... But do you think you'll ever have the time to play them all?
Merry Christmas & all the best to you & your family. Always look forward to your holiday room tours! In Quebec they had those ottomans on liquidation for 70$ @ Loblaws before the holidays..Keep your eyes open you might see some soon
Ok I’ll give the n64 challenge a go. 1. Mario kart 2. Mario 64 3. Diddy Kong Racing 4. Goldeneye 5. Banjo Kazooie 6. Rogue squadron 7. Smash bros. 8. Top gear rally 9. Beetle Adventure Racing 10. Excite bike 64 11. Wave Race 12. Wayne Gretzky’s 3D hockey 13. Hang time 14. F zero X 15. Snowboard kids 16. Turok 2 17. Ocarina of time Boom.
New to your channel and glad your Canadian too. I am also from Ontario and I never knew that garage sales had so many gems in gaming and dumpster diving was a thing here too. This is a incredible collection and great tour I recently picked up a nes like new no box but few games for $10 and got Sega genesis paid $20 but got 10 games in boxes but really that's about all I get into have Xbox one and wanna get PS4 and if I can find a game boy for a great price I'll get one or Sega game gear?
Wow amazing gameroom. So jealous on the garage sales. We dont have that in Holland. Only thrift stores where you only find xbox and ps2 games which are scratched big time.
Hey man - What are your favorite bookshelves to hold games, CD's, movies, etc? Can you provide links? I have a ton of media that I want to display, but just haven't pulled the trigger on a shelve yet.
5:31 i allways wonder why SEGA made the logos on every Dreamcast accessory different for US,JAP vs EU. Arcade stick to the left is EU and the one to the right is US,JAP.
Man your basement is massive, I don't know what your job is but its cool that you can have the space you need for a hobby you love. I also think you must have a really cool wife to let you have that amount of space in your man cave lol. Great video man and I'm looking forward to more videos
Amazing collection and always enjoy seeing what you add to it! I was just rewatching your 2018 collection video last week haha. Would love to grow my collection to this one day though I mostly collect for Gameboy right now so the games barely need much shelf space 😆 Merry Christmas from AB!
gamestop called. they will give you 200 dollars for everything
Lol. Not even cash, store credit and six months free GameStop magazine.
@Zaheerah Shareef more like 40 bucks
That's a lot of money in their eyes
Not that much
😂😂😂😂👍🏻
I wouldn't know what to play my mind would be on overdrive

What garage sales had custom jelly belly modded systems? Asking for a friend.
Idk
Hmm. How about turning up the heat?

Johnny Digital Yeah, I have to agree. Spending YouYube money on games doesn’t make them “free” either. That said, this is a great channel.

Seems a bit strange because around the 13 minute mark u can see clearly a wall with a door and daylight behind it. How is that possible in a "basement"?
@@RealShaun yup
@@RealShaun Because some basements have a separate entrance that leads outside.

Amazing Room !!! Only One Question : What is Your Secret To Deal With Dust ???
Death is the secret
Maybe her wife slaving 24/7
Rudy _Ralouf_ LAURAIN yeah
Gamers and collectors are very different breeds...
I’m both
I have 2 questions for you @SeeJayAre
1. How do you manage to keep it clean with kids?
2. How do you manage dust? Are you dusting weekly? Looks amazingly clean!
Thank you for sharing your Game Room with us!
Crazy to me that most this will fit on a $100 retropie setup. I know it's not the same to a collector. Just crazy how far technology has came
I wish a had as much room as you do in your basement. I have very limited space to store games on display, I find I only keep games I know for sure I will play one day and sell the rest I come across at garage sales.

You knew I had to comment here, Charlie! Remember the first video I watched from you years ago was a game room tour. Merry Christmas man!

Is it just Canada where they have great garage sales like that
I'm on the east coast of Canada and trust me we dont have garage sales like that in this area so definitely not all of canada
love your videos partner..been watching for a long time now.....love the bubble hockey....impressive collection seejayare...very nice.
Seriously ready for his 2020 tour
And I’m still waiting
That's a nice basement. I get a wall of the house. I tried expanding said wall into the other room, same side, and the grief I got for it, oy vay
Awesome !!! Long live physical support !!!
Juju Lolo Gaming - Yeah!!! I buy physical only!!!!
Until time that dosent work... old games life spend is now going down

did you get your kiosks at video game stores about to get rid of them?
I was literally watching you channel yesterday hoping you’d do an updated game room tour
